Background:Core strength training has attracted wide attention of sports workers and even sports enthusiasts with its continuously mature theoretical system and continuous improvement and development of training methods and methods.In recent years,the research field has gradually shifted from rehabilitation and competitive sports.The field expanded to the field of mass sports and even school sports.During this period,the research results of theory and practice were gradually expanded and supplemented.However,in many research results,the core strength training of two different ways is integrated into the junior high school physical education class.It is still immature in empirical research,so this study uses this as a breakthrough point to explore the core strength of the two different ways Effects and differences of training on physical fitness of junior high school students.Objective:To give different methods of core strength training to junior high school students,so as to compare the effects of different methods of core strength training on junior high school students' physical fitness.Methods:This research is an experimental study.It mainly uses the literature method,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method to randomly select students from the second and second grades of Chenghai Middle School as experimental subjects.One class is the Swiss ball core strength training group,and the other is the Pilates core strength training group.Both conducted 12 weeks of experimental intervention twice a week.Before the experimental intervention,the basic condition and physical fitness of the test subjects were tested,and the independent data T test was performed on the obtained data using spss statistical software to ensure the homogeneity of the conditions of the two groups of students.After the experimental intervention,the subjects were tested again for physical fitness.Through comparison between the groups,it was analyzed whether the core strength training of the two different methods can improve the students'physical fitness.Results:After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,from the comparison of the before and after test data in each group,the Swiss ball group and the Pilates group have very significant differences in male and female students in the standing long jump event that reflects the strength and quality indicators(P<0.01).There are significant differences between male and female students in the forward throwing ball project(P<0.05),the female sit-ups project has a very significant difference(P<0.01),and there is no significant difference in male pull-up projects(P>0.05));In the seated body flexion project,which reflects the index of flexibility,there is no significant difference between boys and girls in the Swiss ball group(P>0.05),there is a significant difference between boys in the Pilates group(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference between girls(P<0.01);In the closed-eye one-leg stand-up project reflecting balance quality,the Swiss ball group had significant differences between boys and girls(P<0.01),and the Pilates group had significant differences between boys and girls(P<0.05);In the 20s repetitive side jump project that reflects the sensitive qualities,there are significant differences between boys in the Swiss ball group(P<0.05)and girls(P<0.01),and boys and girls in the Pilates group(P<0.05).From the comparison of the data between the two groups,in addition to the flexibility,the improvement of other qualities is higher in the Swiss ball group than the Pilates group.Conclusions:12 weeks of Swiss ball core strength training or Pilates core strength training can improve or improve some physical fitness indicators of junior high school students;compared with the two,Swiss ball core strength training improves the strength,sensitivity and balance of students The effect is more superior,and Pilates core strength training is more superior in improving the flexibility of students.
