Objective: To explore the influence of Pilates training on the core strength and balance ability of Aerobics students.Research methods: in the research process,this paper takes the aerobics students of Huaihua University as the object of experimental research.On the selection of survey samples,this paper randomly selects 40 aerobics students to participate in the experimental research,and divides the research samples into groups.The control group and the experimental group adopt different training plans.The aerobics students in the experimental group adopt Pilates training,and the control group carries out ordinary routine training.The experiment lasted for 3months.Before the experiment officially started,this study carried out a differentiation analysis for the two different groups in the experiment.According to the analysis results,it can be seen that the survey samples selected in this paper do not show significant differences.Therefore,it can be known that the basic situation of the survey objects in the two groups is relatively consistent.Research results: after the experiment,the variance analysis of the four test indicators designed in this study shows that:(1)After 12 weeks of Pilates training,the test indexes of core muscle strength of the students in the experimental group increased much more than those in the control group,mainly manifested in the supine two head up,prone back up,15 s side waist up(left),and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of Pilates training,the balance ability of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved,which was mainly manifested in the ability of standing dynamic balance with eyes open on both feet,the ability of standing dynamic balance with eyes open on one foot(left),and the ability of standing dynamic balance with eyes open on one foot(right),and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks’ Pilates training,the special skills of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved,mainly in the right angle support and the balance of moving legs(P < 0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of routine strength training,the indexes of core muscle strength of the students in the control group had no obvious change,which were mainly shown as two-head-up on the back,prone-back-up and side-waist-up on the15 th second,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p >0.05).(5)After 12 weeks of regular strength training,the balance ability of the control group did not change significantly,the ability of standing with eyes open and feet Dynamic equilibrium,with eyes closed and feet standing Dynamic equilibrium,with eyes open and one foot Dynamic equilibrium(left),with eyes open and one foot Dynamic equilibrium(right).There was no significant difference between the two groups(p > 0.05).(6)After 12 weeks of regular strength training,the special skills of the control group showed no obvious improvement,mainly in right-angle support,leg-lifting balance and p > 0.05,there was no significant difference.Research conclusion:(1)The test indicators of the core muscle strength of the students in the experimental group increased much more than those in the control group,which fully shows that the accuracy of Pilates training and the recruitment of target muscles can stimulate the deep muscle group and play an obvious role in improving the core strength of Aerobics students.(2)After 12 weeks of Pilates training,the balance ability of the students in the experimental group has been significantly improved,which shows that the control and focus in the Pilates training principles can strengthen the body’s own proprioception and improve the stability of muscle groups,and play a significant role in improving the balance ability of Aerobics students.(3)After 12 weeks of Pilates training,the special skills of the students in the experimental group have been significantly improved,which shows that the extension of Pilates training and the principle of giving priority to the whole play a significant role in improving the special skills of Aerobics special students.
