Research On Development Of Hengyang Primary School Football League Under The Background Of "Campus Football"

In 2009,the Ministry of Education and the State Council jointly set up the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group,and the State General Administration of Sports jointly promulgated the "Notice on the National Youth Campus Football Activities "(2009)54 document," National Youth Campus Football Programme ","Campus Football League" and a series of campus football related policies.In several years,Hengyang City also has many schools to become our youth campus football layout pilot school.This paper mainly wants to investigate and analyze the recent situation and problems of Hengyang primary school campus football league,so as to put forward the optimal development countermeasures of Hengyang primary school campus football league and promote Hengyang primary school campus football league to get better and more standardized development.This article mainly through the literature method,the field investigation method and the interview method carries on the investigation and the analysis to the Hengyang primary school campus football league.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in Hengyang primary school football league,the operating system of the league is unreasonable;the age limit of the participants is too strict;the distribution of participating schools in Hengyang city is not clear and chaotic;the law enforcement level of Hengyang football referees needs to be improved without sufficient reserve talent training;the league is less funded and the channel is too single;the campus football league atmosphere is lacking and the awareness of the event is weak;parents have more concerns about their children participating in the primary school football league.Through investigation and analysis,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development of Hengyang primary school football league.It is necessary to perfect the operation system of Hengyang primary school football league and make Hengyang primary school campus league develop in an all-round way.Strengthen the training of Hengyang campus football league referees,enrich their law enforcement experience,promote their better development,increase multi-directional financial input,strengthen the cultural channel of construction football league.Attach importance to the brand construction of football league,improve people's attention to Hengyang primary school campus football league;strengthen the contact between home and school,establish students' personal files and timely feedback students' real-time situation.
