Whether it is the development and progress of regional economy or the transformation and upgrading of the industry,a large number of outstanding talents are necessary to support it.Especially in the era of knowledge-based economy,the demand for high-level talents from different regions,enterprises,institutions and organizations is growing rapidly.Against the background of High-tech Zone striving to be the leader of W city's high-quality development,high-tech zone is advancing bravely and has issued a series of policies to recruit talents.Although great achievements have been made,there are still some problems.Compared with the surrounding first-tier cities and parks,the advantages of policy innovation in high-tech zone are insufficient and the efficiency of talent introduction is not high.The phenomenon.At present,most scholars at home and abroad analyze the problem of high-level talent introduction from a macro point of view,and few analyze the problem of high-level talent introduction with a high-tech zone.For this reason,this paper will try to take W City High-tech Zone as a case study object,analyze the problems existing in its work system of high-level talent introduction in depth,and try to find out the main reasons for the problems,and finally put forward constructive suggestions,hoping that we can use this research method of small-minded to other places.The local government can provide valuable reference for the better introduction of high-level talents.This paper first summarizes the research and achievements of domestic and foreign researchers on the introduction of high-level talents,thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent paper writing.Then,taking the high-tech zone as an example,this paper systematically expounds the policies,working mechanism and guarantee mechanism of high-level talent introduction in the high-tech zone,systematically analyses the present situation and effect of high-level talent introduction,finds out the problems and reasons in the process of talent introduction in the high-tech zone,and deeply from three aspects:urban environmental factors,government factors and enterprise factors.On the basis of drawing on the experience of other regions in China and combining with the actual situation of high-tech zones,this paper analyses and discusses this issue from various aspects,such as public opinion propaganda,learning and discussion,innovation of mechanism and system,efficient integration of relevant resources,efforts to promote service upgrading,and active creation of a good comprehensive environment.This paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies,hoping to provide reference for W City High-tech Zone and other local governments to better introduce high-level talents.
