At present,the society is demanding more and more talents,the basic education curriculum reform is also continuing to deepen,and new educational concepts and teaching models are constantly emerging.The General High School Physics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)pointed out that the basic philosophy of the high school physics curriculum focuses on embodying the essence of the physics discipline and training students' core literacy in the physics discipline;guiding students to study independently and advocating diversified teaching methods.As a new teaching model,problem-based learning focuses on cultivating students' problem awareness and improving their ability to solve problems.It fully meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform,and it is necessary to apply it to high school physics teaching.This article first introduces the domestic and foreign research history and current situation,theoretical basis,and related concepts of the problem-based learning model.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the comprehensive quality of students' study habits,learning ability,problem awareness,problem solving ability and so on.Thirdly,the instructional design of the three sections of "acceleration","flat throwing motion",and "validation of the conservation law of mechanical energy" are explained,and teaching practice research is carried out in the first grade(10)class of Yan'an Middle School.Finally,the students were interviewed,combined with the students' pre-test and post-test physics scores,the research results were obtained,the difficulties in the implementation process were summarized,and the outlook was made.The results of the study show that applying the problem-oriented learning model in high school physics teaching has the following advantages:(1)it helps to stimulate students' interest in learning physics;(2)it helps students form good learning habits and improve their autonomous learning awareness;(3)It helps to cultivate students' awareness of problems and improve students' ability to solve problems;(4)It helps to improve students' physical performance.This shows that it is meaningful to apply the problem-oriented learning model to high school physics teaching.It is hoped that this research can bring inspiration to teachers who want to use the problem-based learning model,and provide a reference for improving students' core literacy and comprehensive ability.
