Since the reform and opening up,with the significant improvement of my country's economic development level, rapid urbanization, and continuous reform of the household registration system, the population has moved from rural, less developed low-tier cities to developed cities, and the degree of population mobility has continued to increase.According to statistics from the National Health and Health Commission,my country's floating population reached 236 million in 2018,more than one-sixth of the country's total population. The Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is at the forefront of my country's reform and opening up.In recent years,it has become my country's most open and fastest-growing urban agglomeration, and its attractive advantages for the floating population are particularly obvious. In February 2019,the State Council released the "Outline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan",which aims to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and build a world-class city cluster.Talent as an important force in urban construction, how to gather more and higher-quality human capital in the Greater Bay Area has become a hot topic for studying how to accelerate the construction of the Greater Bay Area. Therefore,to study the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is an essential choice for exploring the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This study is based on the research results of the existing academic circles, takes the working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration as the research object, and takes districts and counties as the basic research unit.Explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration in 2015;use factor analysis and multiple regression analysis to deeply explore the main factors affecting its spatial distribution pattern;and combine research results to propose the promotion of the Pearl RiverDelta urban agglomeration according to the influencing factors The suggestion that the spatial distribution pattern of working-age floating population be more rational is to explore the optimization of the population structure of the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration. The study found that the overall composition of the working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations is dominated by men, with low education, and junior high school education;the type of mobility is inter-provincial mobility, mainly engaged in labor services, and the overall income level is relatively low.low.There are obvious differences among cities in terms of age, education level, mobility type, income level, etc.;the spatial distribution pattern of working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration is significant;the spatial distribution of the working-age floating population in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration has an impact The main factors are the level of regional export-oriented economic development and the level of social undertakings.
