Human capital investment has been a hot topic for research and discussion at home and abroad for a long time,and family education investment as an important part of human capital investment is an important area of research.The increase in investment in education is reflected in the improvement in the education level of individual workers.In2015,the policy of comprehensive liberalization of two children has been implemented,and the number of children and the size of the population will predictably increase.This article attempts to explore the relationship between the number of children and the quality of their children's education,to explore the distribution effect of limited family and social education resources among children,and to provide reference for the relationship between the quality and quantity of population development in the new situation.The thesis mainly studies the effect of the number of children on the children's education level.The data is selected from the National Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)database sample and related education variables.A multiple regression model is constructed and a multi-angle regression analysis is performed on the micro sample data to obtain a study.in conclusion.In addition to the introduction,the article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter defines the three important concepts involved in the article,and explains the theory of children's quantity and quality equilibrium and family education resource dilution theory.The second chapter puts forward the relevant research hypotheses of this research,and gives a basic explanation of the micro data,variable selection and model construction of the study.It also makes a sample of the number of children in the sample family,family education investment,number of children and education investment,and samples of children of different generations.Descriptive analysis.The third chapter conducts an empirical analysis of the effect of the number of children on the education level of the children,mainly from five aspects: the overall effect of the number of children affecting the child's education,the gender difference effect,the household registration difference effect,the birth generation difference effect,and the interaction effect.regression analysis.The fourth chapter combines the aboveresearch theory and empirical results to further analyze and explain the effect of the number of children on the children's educational level.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusion of the effect of the number of children on the education level of the children,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of educational resources,school running forms,expenditure structure and family education.Based on the data analysis,this article draws the following main conclusions: There is a significant negative correlation between the number of children and the children's education level,and for each additional child in the family,the sample years of education are reduced by 0.163 years.Compared with the increase in the number of sisters,the increase in the number of brothers is not conducive to the improvement of children's educational level.From the birth generation,the increase in the number of children is not conducive to the improvement of the educational level of the younger generation of children.Compared with men,gender is conducive to the improvement of education level.Rural household registration has a significant negative impact on the education level of children.The ethnic nature of Han nationality is conducive to the improvement of the sample education level.Parents' education level has a higher education level for their children.Significant positive effects,and the positive effects of mothers are higher than fathers.From the interaction term,the number of children reflects the negative regulation effect on education level through family income.
