With the continuous deepening of education informationization,digital learning resources are increasingly rich.Because young children have unique cognitive characteristics,there are unique requirements for the suitability and interactivity of resources.However,the learning resources with targeted and effective interaction are relatively scarce.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to design and develop interactive learning resources suitable for children.And mathematics is the basic discipline for cultivating people's logical thinking ability and judgment reasoning ability,play a vital role in the application of life and future development,the mastery of mathematics ability of children is reflected in the development of number concept.Based on this,this paper is based on existing research,taking young children as research objects,based on the cognitive development theory,multiple intelligence theory,human-computer interaction theory and interactive hierarchical tower theory.For the purpose of promoting children's number concept,designing and developing digital interactive learning resources,And through case application to verify the effectiveness of voluntary,provide a basis for the construction of children's resources.First through literature research,analysis the development of children's number concept and the development of digital learning resources,understanding the development of children's conceptual competence in numbers,number symbols,set comparison and arithmetic,cognitive characteristics for young children,there is a strong demand for the interactivity of learning resources,based on this,the need for resource design is clarified.Then,based on the characteristics of children's cognitive development,guided by the interaction design concept,utilizing the You ya Interactive Movie Platform and Scratch Visual Programming Software to design and develop interactive learning resources,developed 10 digital interactive learning resources to promote the children's number concept.Finally,through the case study method,applicating and evaluating the resources,using the arithmetic part of the“Chinese Children Development Scale(CDCC)"as a measurement tool comparative analysis of data before and after measurement and observation records during resource application,the mastery of the children's number concept has been significantly improved.lt shows that digital interactive learning resources can promote the development of the children's number concept.Through the design and development of digital interactive learning resources that can promote the development of the children's numbers concept,accumulate experience for the construction of children's learning resources,and provide a research basis for promoting children's independent and effective learning.
