In this paper,we used Grimelius silver staining to study the digestive tract eosinophils of mice(normal diet)and mice(high fat diet)in 5 control groups with different feeding cycles. The results showed that the digestive tract eosinophils in the control group and the experimental group were distributed in all parts except the esophagus. After high-fat diet, the mice in the experimental group gradually increased in the second and fourth weeks of digestive tract, and gradually decreased from the sixth week, showing first rise and then decrease in the five cycles. The morphology or distribution of the eosinophils in the cardiac, gastric, pyloric, duodenal, jejunal and ileum of the mice in the experimental group had some changes relative to the control group. Both mice in the experimental group and control group had the highest density distribution in the stomach, the mice in the control group had the least distribution in the ileum and large intestine, and the mice in the experimental group had the least distribution in the ileum, cecum and rectum. There were significant differences in the distribution density of agrophils in the cardia, stomach, pylorus, duodenum and colon between the mice in the five feeding cycles(P<0.05).Two endocrine cells,Gastrin(Gastrin,Gas)cells and Somatostatin(Somatostain,SS)cells, were detected in the digestive tract of five mice with different feeding cycles(Avidin-biotin complex method,ABC).The results showed that Gas cells in the digestive tract were only detected in pylorus, duodenum and jejunum in both control and experimental mice. After feeding the mice with high fat diet,Gas cells in the digestive tract gradually decreased from the 2nd to the 10 th week, and the first 4 cycles were higher than those in the control group, and the 5th cycle was lower than that in the control group.changes in the morphology and distribution position of Gas cells in the duodenum and jejunum of experimental mice. The Gas cells in the digestive tract of the experimental group and the control group were the most distributed in the pylorus, followed by the duodenum and the jejunum;the distribution density of the Gas cells in the five feeding cycles of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).SS cells in the digestive tract of the control and experimental mice were distributed in all parts of the digestive tract except the esophagus. After high-fat diet, the number SS cells in the digestive tract of mice in the experimental group increased gradually from 2nd to 10 th,and the number of cells in the digestive tract SS the experimental group in the first four cycles was lower than that in the control group, and higher than that in the control group at 10 th week.SS cell morphology or distribution in cardiac, gastric, pyloric, duodenal, and jejunum of mice in the experimental group with the control group.SS cells in the digestive tract of the control group and the experimental group were the most distributed in the stomach, followed by the cardia and pylorus, and less in each part of the intestine.the number distribution of SS cells in cardia, stomach and pylorus was significantly different in control and experimental mice at the 2nd and 4th weeks of high-fat diet feeding(P<0.05),while at the 6th,8th and 10 th weeks there were significant differences in cardia, stomach, pylorus.
