| As a vulnerable group among children,the survival and development of children in distress need the extensive attention of all sectors of society.Academic self-efficacy is a measure of students' self-confidence in their own learning,which affects the academic achievement of children in difficultcircumstances and the healthy growth of children in difficult circumstances.In this practice,social workers rely on the Rainbow Round Dream square dilemma child protection program project,which is based on the Rainbow Yuan Dream square dilemma organization in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province,and uses the participation observation method and action research method to intervene in social work for the low academic self-efficacy of children in the rainbow round dream square dilemma,with the aim of improving the self-efficacy of children in difficulty.At the same time,the strategies and methods of the self-efficacy of children in difficult ym's academic performance are discussed.Rainbow Dream Square dilemma children's low sense of self-efficacy stems from poor learning methods,poor learning habits,low learning interest,etc.,in the practical process social workers found that this group work for improving the difficult children's academic self-efficacy sense has a certain role,but to improve academic performance is limited.At the same time,social workers found poor environmental impact on children's academic achievements at the primary school stage,and explored strategies for improving the academic self-efficacy of children in difficulty,including sharing learning experiences among group members,creating more successful experiences for group members,introducing heterogeneous groups in the group,and positive language feedback by social workers to group members.Timely adjustment of the mood of the team members. |
