Status And Countermeasure Research On Chinese Social Psychological Services

Our social principal contradiction has changed into the contradiction between people's growing expectation of good life and the unbalanced and inadequate development at present.As an important projects of our country and government,developing public psychological services and building this system can help to satisfy people's expectation of good life and improve our people's life quality and can help to the modernization of our country's national governance capacity and system.At present,the level of building public psychological services in our country is still on the primary stage and is still under developing,so it is necessary to make deep research on its both theory and practice.The public psychological service is based on theories on social psychology and other relative subjects,effecting social behaviors by preventing,warning and measuring the public psychological problems through different and various ways.This paper mainly discuss the connotation of public psychological service,analyze the status of our public psychological service,finding out some problems on cognition,quality,effect of service and the development status,and give the reasons from four aspects including cognition,fund,talents and institution.Based on the above,this paper emphasis the countermeasures to reinforce the public psychological services in our country,including improving the cognition of our government,staff and the public,setting relative subjects group,improving public psychological capacity by reinforcing scientific research and personnel training,building multi-linkage pattern between different hierarchy,platform and personnel,such as city,street and community,on-line and off-line,profession,community staff and volunteer,clearly cutting subjects of liability,completing the development mechanism by optimizing the environment,integrating resources and building policies and regulations.It is necessary and indeed to develop and perfect Chinese characteristical public psychological service,which is a long,complex and systematic project.It needs continuous research,summary of experiences,finding out and solving problems.More importantly,it needs find out a sustainable development way by combining Chinese specific realities.
