Dongguan government haspromulgated the 《opinions of Dongguan People’s government on accelerating thedevelopment of social work》, organizated jointly undertake the task of socialconstruction,provides the reference for powerful strategy for Dongguan City. Up to now,Dongguan City, the development of social work has been more than four years, has achievedsignificant results, the biggest bright spot is the social workers and volunteers cooperation.Social workers and volunteers are two powerful resources of the social organization,effectiveintegration of these two kinds of service resources, is a new way to achieve social services.Social workers and volunteers co-operation can complement superiority of each other, reducethe service cost,to improve the effectiveness of social services. Social workers guidevolunteers, and provide professional technical support; volunteers assist social workers, toprovide manpower support, good two linkage is bound to play a positive role in society. Insocial work practice there are social workers and volunteers bull management,both the lack ofcommunication and understanding,tolerance is not enough,the lack of cooperation serviceplatform,lack of information,not sharing resources,the lack of funds to support and a series ofrelated system safeguard problems.In the future of social work practice,the governmentshould set up the third special institution,unified management of social workers and volunteers affairs,to establ the resources and service platform,to establish the fund raisingmechanism, improve the social workers and volunteers cooperation system, to promote socialworkers and volunteers coopera.In this study,through literature review method,questionnairesurvey method,comparative analysis method,interview method,combined with the experienceof my job, study social workers and volunteers linkage service in Dongguan City of Htown,aiming at the existing problems from the angle of social workers and volunteers toinvestigat,analysis of the data,to improve the linkage service.
