| Along with the rapid development and profound changes of society,as well as in the face of the transformation of major social contradictions in the new era,the basic task of cultivating people with morality has been put into practice by the 18 th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party and the third plenary session of the18 th CPC central committee,whose specific measure is to do some research on the students' developing the key competency and which is an important reform of new curriculum as well.In 2017,Curriculum Scheme for the Senior High School issued by the Ministry of Education said that “ to fully exploit curriculum resources,develop and establish rich and colorful elective courses;arrange the comprehensive practice activity scientifically with the principal of adjusting measures to local conditions,perform the comprehensive practice activity in promoting the unique role in the development of students”,and points out “to fully develop and make use of curriculum resources”,as well as makes clear the training objectives of high school curriculum,“on the basis of the compulsory education,to further promote the comprehensive qualities of students,focus on developing students key competency,making the student to become the new man with ideal,skill and responsibility.Based on cultivating students' key competence,this paper makes a systematic study on the present situation of local curriculum resources development in Liu panshui through the integrated use of literature method,questionnaire method andcase method.This thesis mainly consists of three parts,namely introduction,main text and conclusion.The first chapter is the connotation and significance of the development of high school ideological and political local curriculum resources based on the key competence.It mainly defines the basic concepts of “key competence” and “local curriculum resources”,while expounding the practical significance of the research,so as to set a good tone and standard for the research.The second chapter makes an analysis on the development status and problems of high school ideological and political local curriculum resources based on the students' key competence,achievements and problems included,and analyses the cause of the existing problems.At present,the main achievements are as follows:teachers' awareness of developing local curriculum resources,significant transformation of cultivating students' key competence,diverse methods of development and cultivation,and multi-subject collaborative development of the local curriculum resources.However,there are some problems such as serious tendency of knowledge standard,insufficient leading function of thinking,vague content of development and single form of development.On the basis of the existing problems,the author finds that the following factors affect the development of local curriculum resources and the cultivation of students' key competence,which are misunderstanding in recognition,insufficient development capacity,lack of sufficient external conditions,etc.The third chapter refers to the strategy of high school ideological and political local curriculum resources development based on the key competence.First,it proposes that the principle of “suitability,diversity,development and symbiosis”should be followed by the development of local curriculum resources for cultivating students' key competence.Secondly,it points out that historical culture,red culture and natural tourism resources are all local curriculum resources with educational value,which can be used to cultivate students' key competence.Thirdly,it talks about how to improve teachers' development of local curriculum resources and cultivate students' key competence.Fourth,it is emphasized to form a situation of collaborative development and sharing.Fifth,explore relevant evaluation methods to promote theimplementation of the combination of the development of local curriculum resources and the cultivation of students' key competence. |
