High school ideological and political course is the main channel and the main position to strengthen the construction of the mainstream ideology of socialism in our country for students.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,emphasizing that the establishment of the course is an important guarantee for training generations of socialist builders and successors,and instructing to run socialist education with Chinese characteristics,we should develop the course righteously.In 2014,the Ministry of Education implemented the requirements of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC on the education and cultivation of the people,promulgated the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform,and took the study and formulation of the key competencies system for student development as a key area in promoting a new round of curriculum reform.At the same time,the key competencies-oriented revision of new high school curriculum and new curriculum standards has been carried out in 2016,with the key competencies of the subject being refined according to the nature of the discipline.In early 2018,the General High School Curriculum Program and the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)were officially promulgated and put into effect,opening the era of high school ideological and political course into the era of key competencies teaching.This paper takes the instructional design of high school ideological and political course based on the key competencies of the subject as the research object,mainly from the theoretical connotation of the instructional design of ideological and political course based on the key competencies of the subject,the analysis of current problems and causes,and the construction of instructional design strategies.The full text is composed of literature review,introduction,body and conclusion.Among them,the main contents are:Chapter One: Defining the basic concepts of ideological and political curriculum reform and instructional design based on the key competencies of the subject.Firstly,the reform background of the course based on key competencies is analyzed,the reform orientation of the course adhere to ideological integrity and the innovation of curriculum ideas is unified,and then the connotation of the key competencies of ideological and political subject is expounded from different dimensions,and then the connotation of the instructional design of the ideological and political courses is analyzed.Finally,the requirements of the curriculum standards to be followed in teaching are interpreted.Chapter Two: Analysis of the current ideological and political course instructional design problems and reasons.The problem points to the implementation of the key competencies of the subject,including the three dimensions of the value severing knowledge,ability and emotional attitude value of teaching goal design,the failure of teaching content design to construct creatively on the curriculum content system,the teaching method design lags behind the method innovation requirement of the cultivation of subject core literacy,and the teaching process design lacks the integration of the key competencies of the subject.Then,from the perspective of some teachers transforming the theory of key competencies of the subject into realistic classroom teaching ability.Chapter Three: To construct the instructional design strategy of ideological and political course based on the key competencies of the subject.Analysis of the instructional design strategy of the course based on the key competencies of the subject,the teaching goal design should integrate the three-dimensional goal with the key competencies of the subject,transform the academic quality standard,combinethe high school students' learning and the college entrance examination evaluation system to lead the examination,and the teaching content design should integrate the curriculum and teaching material content with the key competencies of the subject.The design of teaching methods should carry out the cultivation of the key competencies of the subject from the aspects of teaching and learning,and the design of teaching process should focus on arranging the activity process promoted by the activity courses of active subjects.
