With the development of the times,the demand for talents is also changing.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "cultivating new people of the times who are responsible for national prosperity".The new era needs new people with ideals,abilities and responsibilities.The Ministry of Education has proposed that education should carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and carry out the reform around key competencies.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the cultivating method of subject key competencies has become a researching hot spot.Ideological and political education is the main course of moral education in middle schools.Classroom is the main position to cultivate talents.Only by improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching can we cultivate talents needed by the times.Teaching design,as the preparation for the planning of teaching,is an important bridge for the landing of teaching theory.Under the requirement of cultivating students' subject key competencies in the new curriculum reform,there are new requirements for the teaching design of Ideological and political courses.From this perspective,this paper studies the key competencies of ideological and political subject by using the methods of literature research,observation and analysis,and interviews,and makes a detailed analysis of the connotation of the core literacy of ideological and political subject and the requirements of teaching design.On the basis of reading the new curriculum standards and a large number of old lessons of teaching design examples,it is found that there are some problems in current teaching design,such as unclear orientation of key competencies of discipline,lack of experiencing life situation in classroom life,lack of guiding the method of cooperative learning,lack of comprehensive evaluation.This paper analyzed the causes,then tries to put forward some strategies to optimize the teaching design of Ideological and political courses from the perspectives of teaching objectives from the angles of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation.Finally,the author takes the teaching design of "Establishing a Correct View of Consumption" as anexample to make an analysis,hoping to provide a reference for the teaching design of Ideological and political courses to implement the requirements of cultivating key competencies of disciplines.
