The education plan is teacher oriented.Only when there are good teachers can education be of high quality.The Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education(2018-2022)emphasizes strengthening the construction of teacher education disciplines,establishing and improving the professional system of teacher education disciplines,and comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality and ability of normal students.Common pedagogy is the basic compulsory course of teacher education,which lays a solid foundation of educational theory and methodology for normal students to learn the teaching methods of teaching materials and carry out teaching practice.It is the foundation that the normal major is different from other majors.It is the course that all the normal students must learn.It has the important position in the pre-service teacher education and its function is self-evident.However,for a long time,the teaching of common pedagogy has been criticized and failed to become a popular course among normal students.To analyze the causes,it is found that the problem of application of teaching strategies in common pedagogy is one of the most important factors.There are many ways to optimize the teaching strategies of common pedagogy.This paper optimizes the teaching strategies of common pedagogy based on the project-based learning theory,which can not only promote the in-depth learning of normal students' core knowledge,but also improve the quality of normal students' grasp of pedagogy theoretical knowledge.In addition,under the creation of teachers,normalstudents can also experience meaningful learning practice,so as to develop the ability and literacy of education and teaching.By optimizing the teaching evaluation structure,the critical thinking and reflective consciousness of normal students can be cultivated.It is helpful to improve the teaching quality of common pedagogy to put forward the optimization path of common pedagogy teaching strategies from the perspective of project-based learning theory.Through investigation,it is found that there are many desirable experiences in the current teaching strategies of common pedagogy,and there are still many deficiencies need to be improved.The valuable experiences accumulated in the teaching strategies of common pedagogy are as follows.Firstly,the teachers reasonably connect the pedagogy knowledge with real life.Secondly,in the process of teaching strategies implementation,teachers actively create opportunities to use knowledge.Thirdly,from the implementation effect of teaching strategies,the majority of teachers and students are satisfied with their grasp of knowledge.Fourthly,in the teaching evaluation strategies,most teachers take the performance of normal students as an important evaluation dimension.The problems are as follows.Firstly,in the aspect of teaching preparation strategies,teachers lack the design of focusing on the core concepts.Secondly,in the aspect of teaching implementation strategies,teachers' guidance and attention to the learning process of normal students are insufficient.Thirdly,in terms of the effect of teaching strategies,normal students have low course satisfaction and low learning participation.Fourthly,the teaching evaluation strategies emphasize on the point of the evaluation but fail to achieve the whole process of evaluation.Based on project-based learning theory,in combination with the practical situation of common pedagogy teaching strategies,aiming at the above problems,attribution analyses are done from students learning needs of mining,the limitation of traditional classes,learning practice of creating quality,teachers of the cognitive level of students in the learning process and state depth,and this paper points out the root of the problems of common pedagogy teaching strategies.Firstly,teachers focus on normal students' actual learning demand to design the exploring problems focusing on common pedagogy knowledge.Secondly,teachers flexibly use intelligent teaching tools to track and guide the learning process ofnormal students.Thirdly,teachers should guide normal students to design their own learning practice activities,and then according to their own design devote into learning.Finally,teachers make evaluation plans that take into account all aspects to realize the whole process of evaluation,and guide normal students to self-evaluate,which is one of the important evaluation bases.
