Study On Optimization Management Of XL University Based On TRIZ Theory

Project management is a new field of management which has been developed in recent years.It is a general management theory and method of various projects in modern social activities.Scientific research project management can be optimized and integrated for different scientific research projects.It is also very important for the real-time monitoring and management of nodes in various stages of scientific research projects and the transformation of the final results.As the core organization of knowledge production,institutions of higher learning are responsible for the important social functions of scientific research,personnel training and social services.Knowledge acquisition,storage,integration,imparting and innovation and transformation are the core tasks that cover the various work links of colleges and universities.The management of scientific research projects in universities is a basic social function of colleges and universities.It is also the basic practical activity of colleges and universities.Optimizing the management of scientific research projects in Colleges and universities can realize the orderly development of scientific research projects,monitor the nodes of scientific research projects in real time,and finally realize the transformation of results,so it is constantly carried out.Optimization of scientific research project management is an essential part of management in Colleges and universities.As XL University an example,mainly for horizontal scientific research projects according to their existing scientific research project management model and methods,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents and investigating the management methods of scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities,this paper finds out the existing problems in the management,and combines the actual situation of XL Colleges and universities to draw on the management of scientific research projects at home and abroad.Successful experience,through research on the management of scientific research projects,has attempted to design a set of scientific research project management mechanism suitable for XL universities.First,the purpose,method,research route and theoretical basis of the research are clarified.Secondly,the research and analysis of the management of scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities is carried out to find out the problems in the management of scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities;third to identifythe parameters of the problems by using TRIZ theory,to establish the conflict resolution matrix,to put forward the solutions and to analyze and discuss the problems.At last,from five aspects of management mode,management framework,management cycle,human resource management and other factors management,this paper puts forward a targeted optimization scheme for the management of scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities,aiming to make the management of scientific research projects more in line with the development needs of Colleges and universities.By introducing the theory and method of project management and TRIZ,the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities are broken,and the management methods of existing scientific research projects in XL colleges and universities are optimized and reorganized,so that the management of scientific research projects is more efficient,more standardized and more scientific,so that the management of scientific research projects is more systematic and comprehensive.
