The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental problem like what kind of people to train,how to train people and training for whom.With the advancement of globalization and the upgrading of network information,full-development individual who bear solid professional foundation,noble moral quality and consciousness of dust removal and innovation is required.Therefore,it is particularly important to reform the pedagogy of ideological and political theory courses.Especially the problem-based pedagogy,which takes problem and problem-solving as the starting point of research,based on the foundation of cognition-constructivism and the problem consciousness of Marxism,to explore the internal logical relationship between problem-based pedagogy and ideological and political theory course,paying attention to the effectiveness and actual effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,pay attention to the problem consciousness of students and it's transform into endogenous behavior,to cultivate talents with both ability and political integrity and innovative ability,it is the important value and mission of the transformation and upgrading of ideological and political education courses.The spread of ideological and political theories cannot be separated from the joint action of teaching materials,teacher-student subjects and teaching methods,which are the constituent elements of the problem-based pedagogy for ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The characteristics of the curriculum materials determine that the materials are the prerequisite for teaching.From the characteristics of college students and the role of teachers,the relationship between teacher-led and student-led teaching should be redefined.Accordingly,the inherent mechanism and advantageous conditions of problem-based pedagogy have laid the foundation for teaching method to become the process principle of problem teaching method.Through interviews with teachers and students,we can know their true views on the implementation of problem-based pedagogy,it's application in ideological and political course could also been understood from three aspects: the implementation effect of problem-based pedagogy in ideological and political course,the importance of teacher-student interaction,and the role of network technology and teaching material system.This research analyzed the problems existing in the problem-based pedagogy of ideological and political theory course,the author find the current problems include that the learning attitude of students towards ideological and political course is negative,the teachers of ideological and political course cannot use the problem-based teaching method properly,and the teaching links of the problem-based teaching method are not easy to be innovated.The reasons for these problems are the negative learning attitude of college students,the lack of "problem" thinking of teachers and the teaching method of scripted instruction.Through interviews with teachers and students,Through above analyses,the path selection of the improvement of the teaching method of the ideological and political theory course in college or university can be started from three aspects.First of all,to cultivate the ability of college students to "know and do it",that is,to strengthen the problem awareness and comprehensive ability of students,and promoting their development with practice;Secondly,to improve the professional level of ideological and political teachers,from the enhancement of the professional knowledge of the ideological and political teachers and the construction of colleges and universities should guarantee the right to speak of the ideological and political teachers;Finally,optimize the pedagogy of ideological and political theory course,strengthen the use of mass media and the existence of individual values,and implement the specific steps in the implementation of the problem teaching method.
