In response to the call of "made in China 2025",the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China has taken a series of measures to promote the integration of industrial technology and college education.In this process,school enterprise collaborative education plays a very important role,providing a diversified practice platform for the construction of new engineering and teaching reform in Colleges and universities.At present,the research on the cooperative project of school enterprise cooperative education tends to explore the cooperative mode and training mode.Generally,it is analyzed from the perspective of the school,limited to the description of the phenomenon and the summary of the cooperation experience.It lacks the theory and tools of project management to study and analyze the project.Therefore,the main goal of this paper is to explore the application of project management in school enterprise cooperative education project,improve the management level of school enterprise cooperative education project,and provide scientific and effective management methods for it.First of all,this paper expounds the basic situation of the cooperative project of school enterprise cooperative education,investigates the common characteristics of the cooperative project of school enterprise cooperative education,and applies the project process management theory of start-up,planning,implementation,monitoring and conclusion to carry out the cooperative project of school enterprise cooperative education in stages.Analyze the common problems and causes.Then,based on the common problems encountered in the implementation of the school enterprise collaborative education cooperation project,combined with the construction objectives of the project,this paper puts forward the management focus of the project.Finally,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the management focus of the school enterprise collaborative education cooperation project of Z college,and applies the tools and methods of project management to put forward the corresponding management methods to provide perfect implementation guidance and guarantee measures for the project:First,put forward the method of project schedule management,from defining project activities,to activity sequencing,to activity resources and activity duration estimation,then make a reasonable project schedule,output the unique "work guide" of the project,provide detailed basis for the implementation of fine management of the project,and put forward the main measures of project schedule control.Secondly,it puts forward the methods of project human resource management.First,the planning of project human resource management provides the basis for the organization and management of project personnel by establishing the responsibility matrix and preparing the project personnel allocation plan;second,the construction of project enterprise team,through the establishment of enterprise lecturer performance evaluation mechanism and the establishment of enterprise virtual team,it can mobilize the enthusiasm of project members.Reduce the risk of the project.Third,establish the mechanism of project teaching quality management.First,introduce the quality management means of "PDCA" cycle,establish the continuous improvement system of teaching quality with the characteristics of school enterprise collaborative education,and complete the continuous improvement of teaching quality.Second,establish the enterprise project inspection system,so that the enterprise can actively find out the problems in the teaching process and correct them.
