Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Postgraduates And Its Countermeasures Under The New Situation

In recent years with graduates becoimg an important source of talents support in China's socialist modernization drive.In recent years,with the expansion of graduate enrollment,the number of graduate students has increased greatly,and the quality education of graduate graduates,especially the ideological and political education of graduate students,is facing more challenges.In this situation,it is urgent to improve the ideological and moral quality of postgraduates and their comprehensive quality and core competitiveness while improving their professional quality.Postgraduates are research-oriented talents cultivated by higher education in China,and are an important source of high-level talents in China's socialist modernization drive.However,for many years,the ideological and political education of university graduate students has not attracted enough attention,and even shows signs of weakening.The increasing number of graduate students has led to some problems in the cultivation of graduate students.Therefore,how to effectively carry out ideological and political education for graduate students is the main purpose of this paper.At the beginning of this paper,the background,significance and possible innovation and deficiency of the research topic are discussed.In addition to the introduction,the main content includes the following aspects:Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education of postgraduates.Through the investigation,it was found that postgraduates showed complex characteristics in personnel composition,ideological values,psychologicalpressure and study schedule.The effect of ideological and political education for postgraduates is analyzed.There are some problems in the ideological and political education of postgraduates,such as the teaching effect of theoretical courses of ideological and political education to be improved,the teaching methods to be innovated,the phenomenon of postgraduate truancy to be changed,the insufficient attention paid by some postgraduates' tutors to the ideological and political education of postgraduates,and the influence of ideological and political education to be improved in the work of party construction.The analysis of the existing problems is the focus of this part.Secondly,it mainly analyzes the reasons for the problems in the ideological and political education of postgraduates.The reasons for the problems in the ideological and political education of postgraduates are as follows: colleges and universities pay insufficient attention to the characteristics of postgraduates,the class teaching scale is large and the teaching effect is reduced,postgraduates have insufficient understanding of the importance of ideological and political education,and the influence of the tutor's work pressure.Finally,the countermeasures to improve the methods of ideological and political education for postgraduates are put forward.Through the analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from three aspects: broadening the way of ideological and political education for postgraduates,constructing the whole staff education mechanism and enhancing the practical effect of the post-graduates' party construction.These measures are beneficial to the ideological and political education of postgraduates and to the improvement of its effectiveness.
