Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Teaching Effect Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Chinese Colleges And Universities

Ideological and political theory courses is the main classroom,main position and main channel of the university's'fostering virtue through education',and the realization of the actual effect and the function of the main channel of ideological and political theory courses in the colleges and universities depends largely on the improvement of the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses.Therefore,the exploration of the status quo and influencing factors of ideological and political theory courses is not only the key content of ideological and political theory courses teaching research,but also the important guarantee for the talent training goal and the realization of the fundamental task of'fostering virtue through education'.Based on the subjective perspective of college students,this study explores the status quo and characteristics of the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses by analyzing the data of National College Student Survey,grasping the factors affecting the teaching effect,and identifying the key points for improving the teaching effect.After quantitative analysis and qualitative interviews,this study has the following conclusions:First,the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is positive,but there is still room for improvement.Different types of college students have significant differences in teaching effects and various influencing factors.Second,teacher factors such as teaching content perception,teaching method perception and teaching level perception have an important influence on the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses,and the teaching method perception has the greatest impact,followed by teaching level perception.At the same time,the state of teaching content perception,teaching method perception and teaching level perception are all good,and the state of teaching level perception is more positive than the former two,Third,student factors such as learning interest,students' cognition degree and students' learning attitude have a significant impact on the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses,and have greater influence than teachers factors.Among them,students'learning attitude has the greatest impact.At the same time,students' learning interest,cognitive degree and learning attitude are positive,and the state of students'cognitive degree and learning attitude are good.The state of students'learning interest is general,which means that there is still a large proportion of college students expressing they are not very interested in ideological and political theory courses.The following suggestions are given as assumed by the findings of this study.First,deepening the understanding of the status of ideological and political theory courses and the state of teaching effects.Second,problem-oriented and promoting the humanized development of the teaching content of ideological and political theory courses.Third,taking innovation as the starting point,and realizing the teaching method of ideological and political theory courses to advance with the times.Fourth,focusing on scientific research and improving the teaching level of ideological and political theory course teachers.Fifth,based on reality and stimulating students' interest in ideological and political theory course learning.Sixth,with guidance as the core,correcting the cognitive degree of students in ideological and political theory courses.Seventh,focusing on demand and improving students'learning attitude in ideological and political theory courses.
