In recent years,with the increasing trend of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education,the scale of international cross-border exchanges and cooperation has continued to expand,and various types of cross-border educational exchange and exchange projects in universities have flourished.With the advantages of short learning period,flexible curriculum and relatively low economic cost,short-term exchange students in colleges and universities have gradually become an important way for college students to choose cross-border learning,and it is also an important way for colleges to strengthen the cultivation of international talents.Participating in cross-border mobile students' learning results and quality assessment has increasingly become a focus of higher international education research.This article takes cross-border short-term exchange students of the Honors School of Jiangnan University as the research object,and deeply discusses the learning experience process and learning results of cross-border short-term exchange students,which will not only enrich the theoretical research on the learning results of cross-border short-term exchange students in universities,but also promote the The practical reform of the international talent training model in universities has important practical significance.First of all,this study explains the relevant content and theoretical analysis of the current short-term cross-border exchange students' learning in domestic and foreign higher education through literature analysis methods.Secondly,the use of grounded theory to explore the scope of the learning results of the short-term exchange students of the Cross-border Flow of Honors School.Thirdly,the educational narrative method is used to expound the case of the short-term cross-border exchange learning process of Honors School students,and on this basis,it summarizes the learning characteristics of cross-border exchange students.Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis and educational narrative research,comprehensively explore the effects and influencing factors of short-term exchange students' cross-border learning at Zhishan College.Finally,based on the case study results of Honors School of Jiangnan University,suggestions and further general enlightenments for further improving the quality of the students 'short-term cross-border exchange studies are proposed.Through research,it is found that the results of cross-border mobile learning of students from the Honors School,Jiangnan University mainly cover two categories of cognitive and non-cognitive learning results,which are reflected in professional knowledge skills,personality,language ability,cross-cultural understanding and cooperative organizations ability and so on.The student group's overseas learning presents the characteristics of multi-dimensional and multi-sided enhancement,specifically manifested in the aspects of personality development,language skills improvement,cooperation ability improvement,thinking and innovation ability development,and expansion of international vision.Student wishes,family capital,exchange of school locations and curriculum arrangements,mobility support,and cross-cultural environment are the main factors that affect the results of cross-border mobile learning among students of Honors School.The study pointed out that the cross-border learning of Jiangnan University Honors School students needs to be continuously improved in terms of course content,mutual credit recognition,cultural experience,mobile external support and quality evaluation mechanism.In order to effectively promote the cross-border mobile learning of higher education students,Chinese universities need to further improve the construction of students 'international mobile resources,optimize the international curriculum teaching and credit degree exchange mechanism,and comprehensive evaluation mechanism of R & D learning results.Multi-organizational organizations and cooperation mechanisms and efforts to improve cross-border learning and cultural adaptability.
