On The Quality Evaluation Of Short-term Sino-Dutch Exchange Programs Organized By HG University

With the development of the globalization of markets, the internationalization of higher education is also undergoing tremendous changes. This paper carries out research on the Netherlands HG short-term international exchange program and makes comprehensive assessment of the quality of projects. Through extensive literature and data analysis, the research uses questionnaires and Delphi approach and adopts quality assessment standards for the international exchange program to select and determine the project evaluation indicators to determine the quality of the final project evaluation system. On this basis, the research integrates all kinds of literature and expert opinion to determine the weighing factors for each tertiary index entry through the analytic hierarchy process approach and defines the main factors affecting the quality of the program. The assessment of the project quality is scientific and reasonable and complies with the relevant requirements and the actual situation.This research finds that this Dutch and HG university short-term exchange programs has accelerated the internationalization of schools, increased the understanding of the world, and ultimately improved the reputation of the school in exchange programs with international universities to establish a good image. It also plays a significant part in the introduction of high-quality educational resources, learning advanced experience in educational management, updating educational concept and reforming curriculum. With international advanced standards of professional settings, the universities are able to train highly qualified students and practitioners of international labor markets and build a team of good teachers.
