The supply of digital education resources is an important factor affecting the development of China's education informatization and the modernization of education.At this stage,the contradiction of the supply of digital education resources is increasing with the increasing demand for high-quality education resources by teachers and students.According to a large number of literature surveys,China's digital education resource supply development has experienced four stages: the budding period,the initial period,the exploration period and the standardization period.Although each stage has significantly improved the digital education resource supply capacity on the original basis.However,the supply of digital education resources in China has not yet got rid of the historical shackles.Therefore,this research investigates and analyzes the current status of the supply of digital education resources in basic education in China,so as to reveal the current supply problems,and build a multi-cooperative supply model based on the theoretical basis and propose optimization strategies.Research questions.What are the problems in the supply of digital education resources for basic education in China? How to improve and realize the effective supply of digital education resources? It includes the following three sub-questions.(a)What is the supply of digital education resources and its general process?(b)What is the current status of the supply of digital education resources for basic education in China?(c)Optimization and strategy of China's basic education digital education resource supply model?Methods.Aiming at the above problems,this research adopts research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,empirical and normative analysis,and multidisciplinary cross-analysis..Framework.The research mainly includes four stages.(a)Literature review analysis,based on various theoretical analyses in the field of economics and pedagogy,to define the supply connotation and supply-demand relationship of digital education resources,and to construct the general supply process of digital education resources,to sort out the development process of digital education resources supply in China.(b)Interpretation of theoretical basis.Supply theory is the core theory of this study.It and value chain theory are the basis for constructing the general process of digital education resource supply.Supply theory,effective supply theory,value chain theory and Hierarchy Theory of Needs are the optimization of digital education.(c)Questionnaire survey and case analysis.In order to reveal the existing problems in the supply of digital education resources in basic education in China,this study combines the data of the questionnaire survey of the research group of "Current Situation and Countermeasures of Digital Education Resources in China" and relatedcases.Reveal the problem,and analyze the supply problem at each stage based on the general process of digital education resource supply.(d)To solve the problem,this study proposes a multiple collaborative supply model to change the drawbacks of the original digital education resource supply model and proposes optimization strategies.The study found that there are many problems in the current supply of digital education resources,including the lack of user thinking and the lack of investigation mechanisms in the demand survey process;the lack of systematic planning in the planning and design process,and no top-level design;The market mechanism is lacking,and the buyer is not the buyer;the resource availability during the application process is poor,and there is a lack of continuous service.Based on this,based on theoretical analysis,this study proposes macroscopic strategies and suggestions for optimizing the supply of digital education resources for supply problems.Including the shift from extensive quantity expansion to intensive quality optimization supply,the demand relationship from supply to stimulate demand to demand-driven supply and the use of a planned economy and market economy combined supply mechanism.
