In the 2012 compulsory education physical education and health curriculum standard(2011 Edition),the guiding ideology of "health first" was earnestly implemented,and students' interest in sports was enhanced through expanding training activities.Outward bound training can be traced back to World War II,and has been developing to now.As a sports outward bound course,it is a happy way of learning.It pays attention to the experience and perception of the participants and enables them to grow in a subtle way.The core of Outward Bound training is to take physical exercise as a supplement,improve the concept of internal orientation,enhance the students' indomitable fighting consciousness and team spirit,so that students can get physical exercise while strengthening their physical and mental health level and social adaptability and other comprehensive qualities.Starting from the teaching theory of the expansion course,according to the characteristics of the expansion training course,it is confirmed that the expansion training has certain influence on the overall development of middle school students,and also has certain reference basis for the school physical education teaching reform,especially in the new curriculum standard on the psychological health of students and social adaptation.From the source,concept,teaching content and other aspects of Outward Bound training,according to the demonstration and interpretation of the theory of Outward Bound Training for middle school students,starting from the perspective of practical teaching,taking the students of XX experimental school in Yeji District of Lu'an City as the research object,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of Outward Bound Training Teaching for middle school students by using the research methods of literature,teaching experience,questionnaire survey,etc And experimental research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the teaching experiment results of the research on the application effect of Outward Bound Training in the middle school physical education course,the outward bound training can promote the students' cardiorespiratory function,physical function,speed quality and endurance quality.2.It is a new teaching mode to integrate outward bound training into school physical education,which is beneficial to strengthen students' physique and has a more significant effect on the promotion of conventional training indexes.3.Outward bound training can improve students' mental health and social adaptability.On the other hand,it can also enhance students' interest in sports and find self-confidence from sports.It is obvious that students' initiative,team consciousness and collective sense of honor have been enhanced,and their language expression ability and innovation ability have been improved,which also reflects the significance and value of Outward Bound training.4.According to the comparative analysis of the students' questionnaires,there are significant differences in the scores of the two dimensions of students' understanding and liking of the course.
