Contemporary college students are facing increasing pressure on life and competition.College students must not only have good physical and psychological qualities,but also have a strong sense of collective honor and teamwork,be able to endure hardships and work hard,and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.Only then can we adapt to the development of the times and create our own value in the modern social platform.Now that the competition for social talents continues to intensify,college students are facing huge employment pressure.With the further acceleration of economic development,whether college students can adapt to the pressure environment,continue to break through and shape themselves,and enhance adaptability determine the future development.Colleges and universities are an important territory for the country to export a large number of high-quality talents.How to adopt reasonable teaching methods and means to enhance students' social adaptability becomes very critical.A total of 180 college students were selected from three universities in xiangxi,90 people each in experimental group and control group.Before the test through the experiment found that the experimental group and control group in college students there was no significant differences in social adaptation ability,the experimental group of college students to expand training intervention,once a week,90 minutes at a time,the experimental group and control group,comparing the measured before and after the situation from the social adaptation ability of five dimensions to compare the change of the college students' social adaptation ability,at the same time from different grade and different sex,different nationalities,different professional to comparative analysis the difference of college students' social adaptation ability before and after the experiment,the purpose is to find out the ways to improve college students' social adaptation ability and the way.The main research results are as follows:(1)Before the Outward Bound Training,the experimental group and the control group had a comparison of the results of the pre-test of social adaptability of college students,there is no disparity in skills between the two groups of students,self-management skills,learning skills,obedience skills,and expressing willingness skills.(2)After the experimental intervention,the scores of social adaptability of college students in the experimental group increased significantly,which was mainly reflected in the significant differences in the skills of dealing with peer relations,self-management,learning,obeying and expressing intentions(3)The outward bound training significantly improves the social adaptability of college students of different grades,but it also has some differences.The influence ofoutward bound training on freshmen is more obvious than that of sophomores and juniors.(4)The outward bound training significantly improves the social adaptability of college students of different genders,has more obvious influence on female students in dealing with peer relationship skills and learning skills,and more obvious influence on male students in self-management skills,obedience skills and expression skills.(5)The outward bound training significantly improves the social adaptability of college students of different ethnic groups,and has a greater impact on college students of ethnic minorities than on college students of The Han.(6)The outward bound training significantly improves the social adaptability of college students of different ethnic groups,has a more obvious influence on the skills of dealing with peer relations and obeying,and has a more obvious influence on the skills of self-management,learning and expressing intentions.
