Design And Implementation Of Discipline Competition Management System Based On OLAP Technology

With the continuous progress of social information technology and the development of China's education,there are various forms of discipline competitions and more and more participants.More and more universities begin to analyze the historical data of subject competition management,but the traditional transaction processing(OLTP)method can not meet the requirements of analyzing data from multiple perspectives.In view of this background,based on OLAP technology and database management technology,combined with the operation process and management characteristics of discipline competition in Colleges and universities,a discipline competition management system is designed and developed,which is convenient for the management of discipline competition in Colleges and universities and for the analysis of discipline competition information data.Through the comprehensive analysis and application of discipline competition information,the university discipline competition is promoted.The development and continuous improvement of school teaching,At the same time,it provides decision support for improving the level of discipline competition research and discipline competition management.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the discipline competition management system,and obtains the functional module diagram,system use case diagram and time sequence diagram of the discipline competition management system.(2)Design the discipline competition management system.As the system consists of two parts,one is information management system,the other is dimension analysis,so in database design,the system first designs the database of corresponding information management system,and then re creates OLAP database table for dimension analysis.(3)The main functional modules of the subject competition management system designed and developed include the student user login management,registration management,registration management,competition announcement information management,school management,professional management,administrator information management,student management,competition project management,competition announcement management,competition score management and multi-dimensional analysis of Subject Competition data.(4)Through the operation of each module function of the discipline competition management system,it shows the innovation,scientificity and practicability of the system,and shows the multidimensional analysis results of time dimension and discipline competition data,the multidimensional analysis results of subject dimension and discipline competition data,the multidimensional analysis results of regional dimension and disciplinecompetition data,the multidimensional graphic display of discipline competition data,etc.The results show that the data display of the discipline competition management system based on OLAP technology is clear at a glance,and the data of the discipline competition management system is analyzed from different dimensions,so as to provide decision support for improving the level of discipline competition research and discipline competition management.
