Research On The Management Mechanism Of Youth Competition Style And Discipline In Jiangsu Province

By applying the method of literature material,expert interview,field investigation,questionnaire investigation,for jiangsu province youth competition matches style and discipline management present situation to carry on the investigation,analysis and induction to jiangsu youth competition matches style and discipline management cognitive status,to explore the youth competition in jiangsu province matches style and discipline existing problems and research influence of jiangsu youth competition matches style and discipline management related factors,put forward jiangsu youth competition matches style and discipline management strategy,the construction and development of adolescents to promote jiangsu province good faith construction of sports competitions,Cultivate all-round development of sports reserve talent and service.The results show that:(1)the three different questionnaire respondents have a high level of cognition on the role,basic characteristics,innovative development and the relationship with the promotion of comprehensive development of teenagers in jiangsu province in strengthening the construction and management of youth competition style and discipline.(2)jiangsu province youth competition competition discipline management agency,is responsible for the athletes qualification committee,and the project competition personnel,competition discipline publicity and education and management;According to the "sports 13th five-year plan" of jiangsu province,relevant management objectives were formulated,and the work tasks of strengthening competition spirit and discipline and anti-doping were defined.There are four kinds of regulations on the management of competition discipline,and ten kinds of violations are defined.The results of the questionnaire show that the management effect of competition discipline is good,which mainly shows that the concept of competition discipline of relevant personnel has been strengthened,the management system construction has been continuously improved and the youth competition environment has been continuously purified.(3)there are major problems in the competition discipline of youth competition in jiangsu province,mainly including uneven management awareness of relevant personnel,insufficient internal and external linkage between departments and poor information exchange of competition discipline.(4)social atmosphere,alienation of sports and assessment and evaluation methods are the main factors that affect the management of competition spirit and discipline of young people in jiangsu province.(5)the management mechanism of competition style and discipline of youth competition in jiangsu province,which consists of five sub-mechanisms,namely,publicity and education mechanism,coordination and management mechanism,evaluation and supervision mechanism,guarantee and support mechanism,and reward and punishment mechanism,is constructed.The sub-mechanisms influence,interact and complement each other.The development strategy of jiangsu province youth competition and competition discipline management is to strengthen the construction of sports credit comprehensively;Strengthen system innovation,reform operation mechanism;To establish and improve the supervision and evaluation system;Building a team of high-quality referees;Change the concept of sports achievements and improve the sports competition evaluation system.
