Blended learning has become a common way of learning in higher education.With the use of multiple evaluation methods in learning,Peer evaluation has attracted people's attention because of its learner centered,highly interactive features that can effectively improve learners' motivation and participation.Evaluation is the embodiment of learners' knowledge internalization,so evaluation ability is also a part of learners' learning ability.In peer assessment,learners complete the construction and reconstruction of knowledge meaning by evaluating the performance effect of others' ability in learning tasks,which fully embodies the dual subject status of learners in learning activities and evaluation activities.Based on blended learning,this thesis explores the whole process of peer evaluation survey,design and implementation,and analyzes the quality of peer assessment.The main research contents include: Firstly,building a model of influencing factors of peer assessment.Second,based on the influencing factors model,the thesis investigates learners' preferences for participating in peer assessment,formulates the design principles of peer evaluation,and constructs a peer evaluation framework based on Cybernetics.Third,the application of the peer evaluation framework based on Cybernetics,and then compare the effectiveness of the two peer assessments for the same learning group before and after application.This study uses literature survey method to explore the influencing factors of peer assessment.Based on the existing researches,this thesis explores the influence of different factors on the effectiveness of peer assessment.The questionnaire survey shows that learners recognize the effectiveness and fairness of peer assessment.And peer assessment improves learners' learning participation,but also reflects the transparency of the peer assessment and the phenomenon of inadequacy.The results of peer evaluation preference survey show that learners prefer the combination of learner evaluation and teacher evaluation.It is necessary to have a transparent peer evaluation process,effective evaluation materials,practice opportunities of evaluation rules and guarantee of the accuracy of peer assessment.At the same time,learners also show a preference for qualitative evaluation feedback including advantages and disadvantages,performance and so on.In addition,the comparative analysis before and after the use of the peer review framework based on Cybernetics shows that this framework is reliable and the effective.Based on the framework,the validity of the evaluation table and the degree of interpretation of the data of peer evaluation are increasing.In addition,the consistency between teachers' score and learners' score is improved.Besides,the analysis results of the Multi-facet Rasch Model show that the implementation of this framework is helpful to improve the differentiation of evaluation table,learner's own consistency and the consistency between learners.Generally speaking,a well-designed peer assessment framework is necessary,and the peer assessment framework based on cybernetics is reliable and effective.In order to further improve the quality of peer evaluation,this thesis proposes to design from the aspects of refining complex learning tasks,implementing peer evaluation in stages,reducing the proportion of peer evaluation in the total score,reducing the burden of learners,and setting up effective dialogue.In the future,it is necessary to carry out further research on the consistency of evaluation items.
