| The concept of "core literacy" was proposed in the "Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)","core literacy" has become a hot topic in education.Before entering high school,students have received mathematics studies in elementary and junior high schools,they have basic computing skills and problem solving skills.The mathematical knowledge of these two stages is specific,visible and easy to understand.After entering high school,mathematical knowledge has become complicated and abstract,especially with the deep learning of function,students' thinking will also change from intuitive thinking to abstract thinking.As the first of the six core literacy,mathematical abstract literacy has important and far-reaching effects on students' study in high school mathematics and on receiving higher education in the future.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to cultivate and improve students' mathematical abstract literacy in high school function teaching.Firstly,this article uses the method of literature review to summarizes the research status of mathematical abstract literacy at home and abroad in recent years,and explain the research background,research methods,research questions and significance,based on this,the author studies the curriculum standards and syllabus,analyzes the mathematics papers for the college entrance examination in the past five years,summarizes the teaching requirements of functions in high school,explains the concepts related to mathematical abstract literacy,summarizes the three levels used to evaluate students' mathematical abstraction ability.Secondly,The author designs questionnaires based on the three levels of function orientation and mathematical abstraction of new curriculum standards,investigate the situation of high school students' function learning and mathematical abstract literacy,and analyze the survey results,summarize the problems existing in the understanding and using of functions and the level of mathematical abstraction among the high school students.After that,the author goes to the classroom,records and analyzes the actual lessons of high school functions.Finally,according to the results of the survey and the discussions with high school teachers and mentor,the author puts forward the four strategies on how to cultivate students' mathematical abstract literacy in the function lessons:1.Creating the life situation,enrich the abstract background.2.Emphasize the explanation of concepts,establish thefoundation of abstract.3.Design math activities,improve abilities of abstract.4.Pay attention to communication and reflection,form the habit of abstract. |
