"Internet plus" has influenced every aspect of the education field with its powerful functions and super charm,is also becoming a booster for optimizing teachers' lesson planning.As the basic work of teaching,lesson planning plays a planning role in carrying out teaching activities.Chinese in junior middle school undertakes the important task of mother tongue education in junior middle school and is the key period to guide young people to form the correct three views.Therefore,in the "Internet plus" era,the study of junior middle school teachers' lesson planning is promoted by the educational policies of the "Internet plus" era,is an inevitable choice to comply with the reform of Chinese teaching,and is an urgent need to improve the quality of junior middle school teachers' lesson planning.This research takes "Internet plus" as the research perspective,and takes junior middle school Chinese teachers in Yantai as the survey object,Combined with the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the external environment of teacher lesson planning and the actual situation of teacher lesson planning are analyzed.From the aspect of technical training and resource supply,the external environment of junior middle school teachers' lesson planning was investigated.The actual situation of teacher's lesson planning was investigated from four aspects: preparation cognition,preparation ability,preparation methods and preparation process.This research compiles the teacher questionnaire by itself based on the previous questionnaire.The teacher questionnaire was distributed in two rounds.In the first round,114 test questionnaires were distributed,112 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the reliability and validity of the test questionnaires were tested.In the second round,316 formal questionnaires were distributed and 309 valid questionnaires were recovered.The questionnaire is mainly divided into four parts,the first part is personal information,and the second,third,and fourth parts are analysis of the status quo;in order to ensure the depth of the status quo survey,the author conducted in-depth interviews with 7 first-line Chinese teachers from junior middle schools.The survey shows that under the impetus of the “Internet plus”wave,continuous technical updates of training and diverse channels for lesson resources provide strong support for Chinese teachers of junior middle school during their lesson planning.Nevertheless,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in the lesson planning.For example,the concept of lesson planning lags behind;the development of lesson planning ability is unbalanced;the lesson planning method is relatively simple;and the retrieval of lesson planning resources is difficult.After clarifying the problem of lesson planning for Chinese teachers in junior middle school,this study makes a causal analysis from the teacher level,platform resource construction level and training level,and countermeasures it.Three lesson planning principles are available for Chinese teachers of junior middle school under the environment of“Internet plus”: the lesson planning principle of combining people-oriented concept and technology application,the lesson planning principle of combining humanities carrying and cross-border innovation,and the lesson planning principle of combining group interaction and personality display.On this basis,specific countermeasures for solving problems Chinese junior middle school teachers face during lesson planning are proposed: firstly,teachers should strengthen Internet thinking and update lesson planning concepts;secondly,teachers should enrich lesson planning methods and get involved in different ways;thirdly,the quality of lesson planning sources should be guaranteed and search engines should be easier to operate for teachers;fourthly,training program should be upgraded from time to time to improve teachers' lesson planning ability.
