Collective lesson planning as a way of studies research activity can improve the overall quality of teaching and explore teaching regularity. It has changed the independent working state of teachers and strengthened the cooperation culture between teachers, so it is widely used in many primary and secondary schools in our country. But there are many problems for misunderstanding about collective lesson planning. Especially in the context of the new curriculum reform, how to reform and develope collective lesson planning, let it adapt the request of teaching in the new era is an important thing that we need to be solved .The combination methods of qualitative and quantitative in this study .I selected two primary schools in the city of Lanzhou which they carried on collective lesson planning as a case study. Through interviews, questionnaires, participant observation and other ways to collecte material. According to the survey,I found that the cases based on the actual measures to change collective lesson planning. Mainly made the achievements on inspiring teachers' participation, creating school research cooperation culture and keeping teachers teaching character . So it has promoted the professional development for teachers . But it was undeniable, the two schools of collective lesson planning had not deep-rooted practice of the concept in some place, lack of necessary professional guidance, still in the low-level stage of the exchange of experience, did not really make a collective lesson planning as a school-based teaching and research . If these problems were not be sloved, it will affect the healthy development of collective lesson planningAccording to the above problems, combined with the view and reflection of teachers about Collective lesson Planning. This study put forward some new ideas :collective lesson planning must have a necessary professional guidance, really make it as a school-based teaching and research . Collective lesson Planning must transform the ideas , from paying attention to teacher's teaching to the learning of student , based on the standard of good class seeking the new value of Collective lesson Planning, based on the teaching design philosophy reforming Collective lesson Planning...
