Constrained by traditional educational ideas,the problem of “wearing new shoes to go to the old way ” has always existed in the Chinese homework of primary school in our country,it is hard to get an effective radical cure for the phenomena of large amount of work,single form and boring content.It is difficult for students to develop their abilities in various aspects through homework,which has brought about a lot of bad effects on students and even the whole society.The Key Competencies is produced in accordance with the new social development.It points out a new direction for the design of homework and provides a new way to solve the problems in homework design.In this paper,by means of questionnaire,interview and Literature Research,the author makes a survey on the design of Chinese homework in the senior grade of primary school under the background of Key Competencies.It is found that the current Chinese homework in primary school plays a relatively small role in promoting the development of some areas of students' Key Competencies,which is manifested in the following aspects: the goal dimension of Homework is single,the form of homework is monotonous,and the arrangement of homework content is unreasonable,the way of completing homework is fixed and rigid,the difficulty of homework is low and the time is long.In view of the shortcomings exposed in homework design,this paper analyzes the influence on the formation and development of students' Key Competencies.At the same time,this article from the social,school,teachers,family four dimensions of extra-curricular problems in attribution.According to the research status of homework design at home and abroad,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of problems,from the following five dimensions,this paper puts forward the strategies of improving and optimizing the Chinese homework of the senior grade in primary school: Reconstructing the purpose of the homework of teachers and students and establishing the value orientation of the homework guided by the Key Competencies in the society;Reading assignments,practical assignments and Internet assignments will be added to broaden the ways of cultivating students' Key Competencies;assignment contents will be arranged reasonably,assignment resources will be developed vigorously,and assignment leveland integration will be enhanced to ensure the development of students' Key Competencies To increase the way to complete homework,encourage students to complete homework by self-determination,cooperation,inquiry,promote the development of students' Key Competencies;to control the time and difficulty of homework,enhance the effectiveness of homework,and ensure students' physical and mental health.
