Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Education For Rural Pupils Under The Background Of "Healthy China"

The food safety issue of primary school students has always been a hot topic of common concern to all mankind.It not only involves the physical and mental health of most students,but also relates to their own life safety,family happiness and social stability.At present,China's primary school students have achieved certain results in food safety education,but there are still some limitations.This paper selects teachers and students of rural elementary schools in Z District of Dongying City through literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews.The purpose of the investigation is to understand the current status of food safety education in primary schools in rural areas.The survey results show that the food safety education awareness of rural elementary school students in the Z district of Dongying City is generally weak,and at the same time,schools,teachers and parents pay less attention to food safety knowledge;secondly,the content of food safety education is relatively empty;food safety education management Looseness,such as lack of educational resources,unstable education time,strong arbitrariness,and no independent food safety textbooks;food safety education has a single approach,mainly through television and teacher teaching;knowledge of food safety education is not significant.The reasons for the above problems are mainly analyzed from the following aspects.For example,the relevant departments lack corresponding guidance and a relatively complete evaluation system;school food safety education lacks system planning,lacks food safety education teachers;teacher professionalization Insufficient degree,lack of communication with family;poor self-control ability of students,etc.In response to the above four influencing factors,the author puts forward the following suggestions: such as giving play to the guiding role of the education department;strengthening the systematic construction of school education;enhancing the professional development of teachers;and cultivate students' health safety awareness and lifestyle,etc.
