Pre-competition training is a special preparation training process for athletes to create excellent results before participating in major competitions.The mountain bike project is a typical endurance item,how to arrange the pre-competition training is very important to improve the performance of the competition.In this study,the characteristics of Li Hongfeng's pre-race training arrangements for the champion of Asian Mountain Bicycle Championship are studied and summarized through the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics.(1)the goal of mountain cyclist Li Hongfeng in preparing for the Asian Mountain Bicycle Championship is to win medals,maintain physical condition in pre-competition training,and improve special quality and skills.Guide the formulation of pre-competition training tasks through the goal of preparing for war.The pre-competition training is divided into different stages to strengthen the weakness and realize the effective transformation from the training load to the competition load.(2)Li Hongfeng's whole pre-competition training process is divided into two stages.In the first stage,more attention is paid to strength training,the frequency of training is higher,and there are many kinds of strength training,and speed and endurance training is relatively less involved.In the second stage,endurance training becomes the main training content,followed by speed training,and this stage of strength training pays more attention to explosive strength training.In the first stage,more attention is paid to the improvement of Li Hongfeng's muscle ability and physical reserve.In the second stage,more attention is paid to the transmission of physical fitness into special physical quality,and more training contents are combined with the competition,so as to develop special quality and technology and improve competitive level.(3)the main training methods used in Li Hongfeng's pre-competition training are repeated training,continuous training,intermittent training,etc.,different stages,different physical qualities,different training methods and means used in special ability training,the choice and application of pre-competition training methods and means aremore systematic,according to the actual situation of athletes,the training arrangements are scientifically planned,which has strong pertinence and practical operation.To the greatest extent to ensure that mountain cyclist Li Hongfeng has a comprehensive ability to prepare for war.(4)Li Hongfeng,an excellent snowcart athlete in China,shows rhythmic and planned training load planning,increase special strength training for weak strength and the athletes' body will fluctuate obviously in the course of training.In the aspect of training quantity,the training quantity in the first stage before the competition increases gradually from low to high,and the training quantity in the second stage before the competition decreases gradually from high to low,and the training completion is relatively ideal.In the aspect of training intensity,the training intensity in the first stage before the competition is relatively large,and in the later stage,the change of athletes' heart rate is relatively large,and the training intensity of the athletes is reduced,and the training intensity is carried out in the way of large,medium and small.Training density and training density Compared with the training intensity,the training density is relatively small,the training density is set to be reasonable,and the training intensity and the training amount are reasonable.
