The Characteristic Analysis About The Body Shape, Physiological Function And Sports Qualities About The Excellent Male Mountain Cyclists Of Yunnan Province

Objective: China has the largest numbers of bike and bicycle riding around the world,which is called “The kingdom of bicycles”.According to the report,there are about 6 hundred millions bicycle bikes in our country,and produce 3 billions bicycles per year.So our country is real kingdom of bicycle.However,our country is very poor in competitive sports,which never win a gold medal.It is not accord with the title.on the other hand,this sport is very popular around the world and develop very well.In our country,this sport is very poor and is not carried full because lack of reserve power and basic training.in summary,the level of sports in our mountain bike needs to be improved.Now,body shape,physiological function and sports quality are the main standards in selection.Yunnan province is one of the best in the mountain bike,because of the advantageous geographical factors.It had won the game many times.However,there are lack of study and research about the mountain cycling in Yunnan province all the time.Study the characters of excellent athlete,to provide the theoretical basis for our sports training and select material and improve the activity levels about mountain cycling.Object and methods: the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province(8 men).the male road cycling team Yunnan province(6 men).The male track cycling(6men)of Yunnan province,all of them are native.besides,there are 8 mountain cycling athlete come from flat areas.we choose the methods of literature reviews?expert interview and test methods.At last,we give a conclusion with independent samples for inspection.Results: longitudinal comparison.in height,(1)the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the male track cycling team.in weight,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the male track cycling team;In the proportion of lower limb length of height;the ratio of the Achilles tendon and ankle circumference,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was no difference(p>0.05)when compared with the male track cycling team;on the other hand Vo2 Max,Anaerobic threshold,and the ratio between them HGB were no difference(p>0.05);in 30 seconds sit-ups,30 seconds push-ups,the male mountain cycling team Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the male track cycling;in standing long jump,20 level leapfrog,pull-ups,60 seconds running,10 seconds high leg lifts,there are no difference between(p>0.05).(2)In height,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was significantly(p<0.05)when compared with the male road cycling team;In the proportion of lower limb length of height,the ratio of the Achilles tendon and ankle circumference,there are no difference(p>0.05).In Vo2 Max,Anaerobic threshold,and the ratio between them,HGB were no difference(p>0.05).in 30 seconds sit-ups,30 seconds push-ups,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the male road cycling;in standing long jump,20 level leapfrog,pull-ups,60 seconds running,10 seconds high leg lifts,there are no difference between(p>0.05).Transverse comparison,in height,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the province of ANHUI and SHANGDONG.in weight,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was significantly(p<0.05)when compared with the province of ANHUI and SHANGDONG.In the proportion of lower limb length of height,the ratio of the Achilles tendon and ankle circumference,were demonstrated significantly(p<0.01).In Vo2 Max,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was demonstrated significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the province of flat area,in Anaerobic threshold and HGB,there are no difference(p>0.05),in the ratio between Anaerobic threshold and HGB,testosterone,the male mountain cycling team of Yunnan province was significantly(p<0.01)when compared with the province of flat area.Conclusion and advice: In the select material of mountain cycling in Yunnan province,we should not refer to the level of the whole country about the height.The aerobic capacity of mountain bike in Yunnan province has the innate advantage,but lack of development.The core strength of the athlete's trunk,arm muscles and abdominal muscles is not enough.In addition,we should focus on the degree of genetic about all of the indicators.we suggest to build different systems about the select material of mountain cycling in different areas.In addition,we should know about the family well,which can help us to select the best sports.
