Mountain bike competition is a long-term endurance event mainly based on aerobic endurance.The competition distance is generally 30-40 kilometers,which has high requirements for athletes' control skills,speed,explosiveness and psychological quality.Although China's women mountain biking develops late,it is in a leading position in Asia and is also a potential advantage in China's Olympic strategy.In order to make rapid breakthroughs in women mountain biking,it is necessary to increase scientific research public relations on the project,actively explore the characteristics and training laws of the project,and summarize the successful cases of excellent athlete training.Based on this,this article wants to take Li Hongfeng,an excellent female mountain bike athlete in China,as a research case to summarize and summarize the training experience and competition mode of universal value in its annual training,provide scientific advice for its subsequent training,and also provide a reference for the training of young athletes Learn from.This article takes mountain bike Li Hongfeng,China's outstanding female mountain bike athlete,as the research object,using literature data,expert interviews,field surveys and mathematical statistics to focus on Li Hongfeng 2019 training model and competition arrangements,training content and load structure,training Results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.China's mountain bike athlete Li Hongfeng arranged training in 2019 around the Barcelona International Trophy,Asian Championships and National Championships,using a single-cycle three-peak training mode.The annual large cycle consists of 6 mid-cycles and 35 small cycles,a total of 9 competitions.The training and competition are arranged alternately throughout the year,and each mid-cycle has a task to participate,in which the 3rd,6th,and8 th mid-cycles each participate in one competition.2.Li Hongfeng 2019 training content is relatively fixed,and weekly aerobic endurance,strength quality and special speed,special endurance and technical training are arranged.Aerobic endurance uses 70-220 km road continuous riding training,special endurance training uses 10-40 km continuous training method,special speed uses different groups of fixed distance or fixed time interval training,and special techniques generally use transformation training or loop training Method for front wheel control,front wheel braking,crossing obstacles,standing uphill,turning,jumping over obstacles,downhill,gear selectionand speed ratio training.3.Li Hongfeng 2019 training load is moderate,and the combination of volume,intensity and density is reasonable.The training week increases and the intensity is basically unchanged.The decrease in the week before the game increases the intensity,and the recovery week training intensity and amount are gradually reduced.The intensity of physical fitness and road aerobic endurance training is 65%-75%,the intensity of special speed and technical training is 76%-85%,the intensity of pre-match training reaches 86%-100%;the training density is moderate,6 out of 6 Cycle training density averages between 70%-80%.4.During the 2019 training process,Li Hongfeng monitors creatine kinase,blood urea,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,serum testosterone and cortisol and other indicators every month to strictly control the training load and reasonably regulate the exercise training load to obtain more ideal training.As a result,it is recommended that high-level athletes scientifically monitor the training load and improve the scientific training.5.With the increasing number of competitions,excellent mountain bike athletes mostly adopt the method of band training.In dealing with the relationship between competition and practice,Li Hongfeng annual training provides a reference for other athletes to learn from,that is,a single-cycle multi-peak mode with the competition as the core.
