American football requires high physical quality of athletes,in which the ability to move lower limbs plays a vital role in achieving excellent sports performance. At present,American football training in China is still in the exploratory stage, and the training system of lower limb movement ability is not perfect, which affects the improvement of athletes' training and competitive level. How to improve the lower limb movement ability of athletes through effective training methods is one of the key problems to be solved urgently.Combined with the methods of induction and deduction and logical reasoning, the agility ladder training method is introduced into the lower limb movement training of American football to explore the influence of agility ladder training on the lower limb movement ability of American football players.Forty American football players in Jinan Mammoths were randomly divided into two groups before the experiment, with 20 players in each group. The results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by four tests of lower limb sensitivity and four items of lower limb movement speed before the experiment to ensure that there was no difference between the two groups.20 patients in the experimental group were trained with agility ladder, while 20 in the control group were compared with the traditional lower limb movement ability to ensure that the training time and place were the same between the two groups. To explore the influence and cause analysis of two training methods on the lower limb movement ability of American football players.Through statistical analysis, the following results are obtained:(1)In the sensitive quality of lower limbs in the experimental group, there were very significant differences in the four indexes of athletes compared with those before the Significant(P <0.01).Among the four indexes of lower limb movement speed, the scores of 3-cone drill and standing long jump were significantly different from those before the Significant(P <0.01).The score of 20-yard shuttle was significantly different from that before the Significant(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group after the Significant(P>0.05).The ability ladder training method can improve the lower limb movement ability of domestic American football players.(2)The lower limb movement speed of the control group after the experiment was significantly different from that of the 40-yard sprint and 20-yard shuttle before the Significant(P <0.05).It is proved that the traditional lower limb movement ability training can improve the lower limb movement ability of American rugby to a certain level. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)12-weeks of agility ladder training can significantly improve the lower limb movement speed of American football players, especially the 3-cone drill running performance.(2)12-week agility ladder training can significantly improve the sensitivity of American football players' lower limbs, especially the performance of cross quadrant jump and T-test.(3)The traditional lower limb mobility training can improve the lower limb movement speed of American football to a certain level,in which the performance of 40-yard sprint and 20-yard shuttle is significantly improved, but the sensitivity of lower limbs is not significantly improved.(4)Agility ladder training intervention American olive athletes' lower limb mobility has more advantages than traditional lower limb mobility training.
