Research purposes: To explore the impact of agile ladder agile coordination training on the ability of the 10-11 year old children to control the ball in the warm-up part of the football training class, and provide a reference for the children aged 10-11 to improve the ability of the ball through the coordinated training of footsteps. Methods: Sixteen members of the Jiawang Unity Primary School team in Jiangsu Province, except for the goalkeeper, were used as experimental subjects for six weeks of intervention training. The experimental group adopted agile ladder sensitive coordination training, the control group adopted the traditional warm-up training method, and the experimental results were compared within the group and between groups.RESULTS:(1)Contrast between the test group and the control group: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the performance of linear dribbling around the barrel(P>0.05),but the increase in the experimental group was slightly larger than that in the control group.(2)Non-directional control ball test(DAT)group comparison: Compared with the previous test, there was significant difference in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the improvement effect was obvious;there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).The lifting effect is relatively poor.Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the improvement rate of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of the 15-meter “Z”-shaped operation control ball test group: Compared with the previous test, the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the improvement rate of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of the single-foot “Z”-shaped operation control ball test group: Compared with the previous test, there was a significant difference in the left foot of the experimental group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the right foot(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the left and right feet of the control group(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the left and right feet of the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the improvement of the left foot test score of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the left foot test of the control group. The increase in the right foot test of the group was also slightly higher than that of the right foot of the control group.Conclusions:(1)The two warm-up exercises at the beginning of the training session will have a certain improvement effect on the ability of the ball. The agility ladder training is more effective than the traditional warm-up training.(2)The agile ladder step sensitive coordination training has an obvious improvement in the ability of the non-directional control ball, which makes the ability of the ball in the non-directional situation significantly improved.(3)At the beginning of the training session, two warm-up methods will improve the ability of the left and right feet to control the ball. The agile ladder footstep training is more obvious to the left foot than the traditional warm-up method, and can promote the balanced development of the left and right foot control ball.(4)At the beginning of the training session, the two warm-up methods are not obvious for the straight-line dribbling around the barrel and the one-legged "Z" shaped control ball test.
