Now the rapid development of football, football player are required to have good physical fitness level,to adapt to the soccer movement toward high confrontation, offensive and defensive conversion in the direction of the development trend at a high speed. This article will use the ladder training method for 10 to 12 years old women football players for experiments, and explore the ladder training through the experiment of 10 to 12 years old women’s football player’s agility. In addition, the ladder of the foreign advanced training methods comparing with traditional domestic agility training methods, discuss the advantages and disadvantages between the two, for 10 to 12 year old female football player agility training to provide certain theory and reference data, further improve out 10 to 12 years old woman football player of quality training is scientific.In this article, using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and experimental method,the ladder training method to improve the football player agility the influence of experimental research and analysis. In yantai zhifu district sports school 2010-12 women football players as experimental object,its were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 10 players, before the experiment on two groups of players homogeneity test. Two groups of experiment under the condition of the same training. For 10 to 12 year old female football player designed seven football special sensitive agility were tested, it is concluded that the data and statistical analysis of data, the following conclusions:1, ladder training can significantly improve 10-12 year old female football player fast transform action ability. At the football special agility in eight weeks after the training,the test data measured by two groups of players between group and group analysis, it is concluded that two groups of rapid transformation ability of movement were significantly improved,but the experimental group than the control group of a greater increase.2, ladder training can significantly improve 10-12 year old female football players ability to change direction quickly. After eight weeks of football agility training,on the test data of two groups of players between group and group analysis, it is concluded that the ability of two groups of players quick change direction were significantly improved, but the experimental group than the control group of a greater increase.3, ladder training can significantly improve 10-12 year old female football player quickly transform the body’s ability to spatial location. After eight weeks of football agility training, on the test data of two groups of players between group and group analysis, it is concluded that two groups of players rapid transformation are significantly improve the body’s ability to space position, increase more, but the experimental group than the control group.4, Although ladder training is a kind of new intelligent quality training methods,but it cannot completely replace the traditional football agility training, training ladder should be sensitive with the traditional quality training in appropriate proportion, can achieve the best effect of influence on players agility.
