In the industry 4.0 era,industrial robots and intelligent equipment have become the mainstream trend of automation production,and the increasing application of industrial robots has been increasing the demand for complex technical talents specialized in robot operation,installation,after-sale and other work.The application of industrial robot technology in secondary vocational schools is related to the development of science and technology,and follows the educational concept of work process-oriented and ability-oriented,which plays an important role in the field of industrial robot and plays an important role in the cultivation of talents.However,the demand for talents in this field is soaring,but at the same time there is a shortage of talent supply,the main reason is that some secondary vocational industrial robot technology application students' professional ability and actual job demand is difficult to match well,resulting in outstanding structural contradictions of talents,the training process only focus on the training of professional skills,ignoring the training of vocational ability.This research is based on project learning theory,constructivism theory and situational learning theory.It takes the core vocational ability training of students in the application of industrial robot technology in vocational schools as a research problem,and explores how students can quickly adapt to future job changes in the field of industrial robot industry Sustainability,understand the current status and attributions of core vocational abilities of secondary vocational students,and discuss the countermeasures for cultivating the core vocational abilities of secondary vocational students of this major.Based on the employment situation of industrial robot technology application students,first of all,interview the administrative personnel of industrial robot related enterprises,understand the vocational qualification certificate that the secondary vocational students should have before the post,and analyze and sum up 11 vocational abilities according to the national skill standard corresponding to the vocational qualification certificate.Then,by using the questionnaire survey to the technical staff and technical director of the industrial robot related enterprises,the actual demand of the enterprises for the students' vocational ability was clarified,and11 vocational abilities were first focused into 7.And the administrative staff of the enterprise were interviewed again to determine that 4 of the 7 vocational abilities were the abilities required for all the professional positions in the field of industrial robot,thus achieving the precise focus of the core vocational abilities.Therefore,the4 necessary abilities in the main vocational posts of secondary vocational students are defined: analytical and solving ability,programming logic ability,operational practice ability and cooperative communication ability,as the core vocational ability.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey of the students and teachers of industrial robot technology application in secondary vocational schools,the following conclusions are drawn:First,most students have certain discrepancies in their core vocational abilities and job requirements and there are deficiencies and mistakes in their work.The short-term training is difficult to meet the job requirements.The specific performance is that the analysis and solving skills need to be improved,the programming logic ability needs to be strengthened,and the operational practice ability is What is lacking,cooperation and communication skills need to be improved.Second,the dilemma of core vocational ability training of secondary vocational school students mainly comes from three aspects: students' subjective factors,teachers' teaching factors and training environment factors,which mainly show that students' independent consciousness is weak,their professional orientation is not clear,teachers' concept is limited,teaching evaluation is simple,cooperation betweenschools and enterprises is not close,and the teaching process and work process are difficult to match.To sum up,this research proposes a three-coordination and six-level program to develop students' core vocational ability in a balanced and comprehensive way.Among them,The co-operation of learning and practice is to improve students' self-awareness and to define their career orientation,including adopting integrated teaching methods and constructing professional curriculum modules.The co-ordination of evaluation and training is to change teachers' concept and enrich teaching evaluation,including making systematic training plan and implementing diversified evaluation methods.The co-ordination between schools and enterprises is to close the cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve teaching resources,including strengthening the two-way cooperation between schools and enterprises,the use of real teaching resources.It is hoped that through the research on the cultivation of core vocational abilities of students in the application of industrial robot technology in vocational schools,the combination of the abilities required by enterprises and the achievable abilities of vocational students will be explored to achieve a balance between supply and demand for talents.
