| With the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry based on industrial robots,higher requirements are put forward for the comprehensive professional ability and quality of skilled industrial robot talents.Operation and Programming of Industrial Robot is an important core course of the major of industrial robot technology application in secondary vocational school.Its teaching method directly affects the training quality of industrial robot skilled talents.However,in view of the above-mentioned core course,at present,teachers who majored in industrial robot technology application in secondary vocational schools generally adopt the relatively single traditional teaching method of teacher demonstration and students’ mechanical repeated imitation operation,which is increasingly not suitable for the comprehensive professional ability and quality of secondary vocational students and hinders the improvement of the quality of industrial robot skilled talents training in secondary vocational schools.The case teaching method is an important way to cultivate students’ comprehensive professional ability and quality,such as knowledge application ability,problemsolving,expression,and communication,unity and cooperation,sustainable development,etc.Therefore,this paper studies the case teaching methods and its application strategies and methods in the Operation and Programming of Industrial Robot in secondary vocational school.This paper takes the students of industrial robot technology application major in secondary vocational school as the research object,combined with literature research method,interview method,classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method,and other methods,Through interviews with key teachers of the major of industrial robot technology application in secondary vocational schools,questionnaire survey of secondary vocational students,and field survey of secondary vocational schools and enterprises,this paper fully understands the demand of relevant enterprises in Guangdong Province for industrial robot skilled talents,as well as the teaching shortcomings of Operation and Programming of Industrial Robot in secondary vocational schools.A deeply analysis on this problem has been taken.Through consulting the relevant materials of case teaching method and robot education teaching at home and abroad,the paper determines to take situational learning,humanism,and other educational theories as the guidance,as well as to follow the principles of authenticity,inspiration,participation,innovation,and interest,and carries out case teaching design from three aspects of pre-class case teaching design,in-class case teaching implementation land after class case teaching evaluation and reflection,closely combined with the characteristics of the course and secondary vocational students.In the implementation of case teaching in the class,the implementation strategy of dural-turn case teaching is adopted,and VR technology is used to show robot handling cases and industrial robot loading and unloading technology application cases to carry out dural-turn case teaching examples.The implementation results of case teaching show that the application of case teaching method in the teaching of Operation and Programming of Industrial Robot in secondary vocational schools can deepen students’ understanding of technology and application knowledge,promote the comprehensive improvement of students’ problem-solving ability,expression,and communication,cooperation,sustainable development,as well as other comprehensive professional ability and literacy.Meanwhile,it is helpful to realize the teaching goal and improve the teaching effect.The application strategies and methods of the case teaching method in the course of Operation and Programming of Industrial Robot in secondary vocational schools can meet the needs of training skilled talents of the major of industrial robot technology application in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the teaching reform of other engineering courses and the implementation of the case teaching method in secondary vocational schools. |
