Under the guidance of "made in China 2025",China’s processing and manufacturing industry has upgraded its production structure intelligently.Industrial robot is a necessary element to promote the upgrading of industrial structure of processing and manufacturing industry.According to the survey,at present, there is a shortage of skilled talents in industrial robot operation and programming. As one of the training units of skilled talents, the average skill level of skilled talents in secondary vocational colleges cannot meet the needs of enterprises. This study will combine the industry background of secondary vocational colleges and manufacturing enterprises to study the course of industrial robot operation and programming.Industrial robot operation and programming is one of the core courses of industrial robot technology application major in secondary vocational colleges. The training objective of this course focuses on the training of operation and programming skilled talents. The current investigation shows that there are some problems in the course, such as the limitation of training objectives, the deviation of practice teaching from the law of enterprise career growth, the separation of teaching theoretical knowledge and practice, and the lack of objective evaluation of learning effect.Based on the above problems, the course is optimized.Using the concept of work process systematic curriculum development, the enterprise work process is systemized and summarized into typical work tasks.Combining with the work process, the course content reconstruction and learning situation design are carried out,and learning evaluation is carried out in combination with the enterprise capacity demand.Students who have the ability to operate and program industrial robots and build the world of robot work are trained. The main work of this study: the first step, through questionnaire, interview and other forms,to carry out a practical survey of secondary vocational colleges, foundthe current problems of the course. The second step is to carry out enterprise practice, research and interview in combination with curriculum issues,to clarify the ability needs of skilled talents in relevant jobs, and to summarize the specific work tasks of corresponding jobs. The third step, according to the specific tasks, combined with expert interviews, summarizes typical tasks. The fourth step is to systemize and describe the typical tasks, and summarize the action fields according to the principle of the same nature of work and the same dimension of action. The fifth step is to summarize the teaching of action areas, clarify the knowledge objectives, skill objectives and evaluation criteria needed in each action area, and transform the action area into a learning area. The sixth step is to design the teaching situation according to the learning field and the law of career growth from easy to difficult. The seventh step is to design the teaching block diagram of the hybrid teaching mode, and select a learning task in the learning situation as a case for teaching design, and describe the actual teaching process. Finally, teaching design is highly recognized by front-line teachers.
