Research On The Cultivation Path Of Vocational Quality Of Vocational College Students

After Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen,the craftsmen of great powers gradually became the focus of social attention.Subsequently,the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out the need to speed up the construction of an army of knowledge-based,skill-based and innovative laborers,and to promote the spirit of craftsmen,which put forward higher requirements for laborers' professionalism.Higher vocational colleges,as an important position to train the reserve army of great craftsmen,need to improve their professionalism.And the training direction of professional literacy needs to be integrated into the connotation of craftsmanship,so as to achieve the continuous connotative development of vocational colleges and the steady improvement of students' professional literacy.The dissertation focuses on the inheritance of craftsmanship,takes the professional literacy training of students in higher vocational colleges as the research object,and uses the literature analysis method to comb the research literature of craftsmanship and professional literacy,and then uses survey research methods,history analytical research.This thesis consists of four part:The first part expounds the connotation and cultivation process of the craftsman spirit from the theoretical research dimension.The initial stage is to look at the mountain as a mountain,and you need to complete the skills upgrade rooted in concentration;then enter the stage of looking at the mountain is not a mountain,and form a professional attitude rooted in interest;enter the stage of looking at the mountain or mountain again,with the cultural conscious pursuit rooted in knowledge The combination of human skills and technology;ultimately,it reaches the realm of melting into the heart under the value orientation rooted in faith.The second part analyzes the problems of vocational quality cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges by means of investigation and research.Including the inefficiency of the post-training process,the elimination of internal identity,the lack of external security systems,and the alienation of mainstream value culture.The third part sorts out the feasibility of cultivating professional qualities of students in higher vocational colleges based on the inheritance of craftsmanship from a practical perspective.Including the consistency of the core connotation of craftsmanship and professional literacy,the fit of characteristics,the reference role of craftsmanship to the evaluation of professional literacy assessment and the role of craftsmanship in guiding the value of vocational education in higher vocational colleges.The fourth part puts forward the promotion path of vocational literacy training of vocational college students.Including the cut-over level,the implementation of professional literacy education with the craftsman spirit as the breakthrough;the internal level,establish the professional attitude of students rooted in interest;the solidification level,forming an institutionalized standard system for professional literacy assessment;the guiding level,grasping the craftsmanship spirit to professional literacy Value-oriented.Through the double guarantee of spirit and system,the professional qualities of vocational college students are improved.
