In order to improve the physical education of physical education teachers and respond to the national call for better and faster development of campus football,this paper uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to 20 Zhejiang football related experts and 200 Zhejiang.Provincial primary and secondary school physical education teachers are the target of investigation.By defining the football literacy framework for its investigation,this paper analyzes the basic situation of physical education teachers in Zhejiang Province,the status quo of football literacy and its influencing factors,and then proposes a reasonable training path for physical education teachers,promotes the better development of physical education teachers' literacy,and provides the follow-up development of campus football.Certain reference.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion 1: Physical education teacher literacy refers to the totality of specialized,directional special knowledge,technology,professional ability and personal cultivation and literacy formed by physical education teachers in the systematic teacher education and in the long-term football practice.It is a physical education teacher.Complete the basic guarantee of football teaching and training.It mainly includes the following indicators: knowledge literacy,football professional skills literacy,football professional literacy,development literacy,moral literacy,humanistic literacy and football research ability literacy.Conclusion 2: In the basic situation of physical education teachers in Zhejiang Province,there are more male teachers than female teachers.The age structure is more reasonable and the academic composition is better,but there are still a few college degrees.There are fewer qualification certificates for physical education teachers.The teachers themselves have fewer entries and have less experience in leading the team.Physical education teachers have better professional ethics,and their knowledge literacy and development literacy are generally at a relatively good level.Humanities literacy,professional technical literacy,professional literacy and scientific research literacy are generally poor.The overall quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province is at a general level.Conclusion 3: The main factors affecting the physical education of physical education teachers are analyzed f rom the following seven factors: the first is the football professional knowledge literacy factor;the second is the fo otball professional technical factor;the third is the football professional ability factor;the fourth is the developmen t factor;the fifth is The professional ethics factor;the sixth is the humanistic literacy factor;the seventh is the foot ball research ability factor.Conclusion 4: The training of physical education teachers' physical literacy is mainly cultivated in the followi ng seven aspects:(1)physical literacy of physical education teachers;(2)physical education literacy of physical e ducation teachers;(3)physical professional literacy of physical education teachers;(4)development of physical ed ucation teachers(5)physical education teachers' professional ethics;(6)physical education teachers' humanities lit eracy;(7)scientific research ability literacy.
