Education is the fundamental driving force for promoting social development from ancient times to the present.Teachers are the leaders who drive society to move toward civilization and are the engineers who shape the human soul.Teachers are the first resources for the development of education,carrying the responsibility of spreading knowledge and truth and shaping the new people of the times.The professional development of teachers is an inevitable requirement for teachers to constantly improve themselves.With the advancement of urbanization in China,the urban and rural structure has emerged with new features.The reform and development of rural education has become the focus of national education reform.Rural teachers are leading of the rural education,and the role of rural teachers in professional education in the development of education reform is very important.As one of the major agricultural population provinces in Anhui Province,the development of rural education is particularly important here.This deserves much attention and research.In order to promote its more sustainable and healthy development,this study uses questionnaires to comprehend the current situation of rural teachers'professional development in Anhui Province,finds out the problems existing in the current rural teachers' development,and clarifies the gaps in the development process from the perspective of core literacy development,and studies practical paths and countermeasures.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part:contains the research purpose,research significance,research methods and ideas,and the definition and research summary of the related concepts of rural teachers'professional development from the perspective of core literacy.This part defines the related concepts of rural and rural teachers,teacher professional development,teacher professional development path,core literacy and so on.In addition,the paper summarizes the research situation of rural teachers'professional development in recent years,including research on development problems and dilemmas,research on causes of problems,paths and countermeasures,and research on teacher literacy based on students' core literacy.The second part includes the composition and cultivation of rural teachers' professional literacy from the perspective of students' core literacy.The composition of rural teachers'professional literacy includes five aspects.The development of rural teachers'professional literacy includes purpose orientation,support system and specific measures.three aspects.The third part:through questionnaires and interviews,some rural teachers in Weibei,Suizhong and Weinan areas of Anhui Province were surveyed and interviewed,and the status of rural teachers'professional literacy and rural specialty in the perspective of students' core literacy development.The survey on the status quo of development analyzes the causes and dilemmas of rural teachers in recent years.The study found that the professional development of rural teachers has problems such as insufficient teacher internal drive,training content and rural teacher professional development.Therefore,there are reasons for the analysis based on the problem.The fourth part:aiming at the problems existing in the professional development of rural teachers under the vision of students' core literacy,and exploring the path and countermeasures in combination with the situation in Anhui Province.From the perspective of ensuring the government's professional development,the government support,school support,social support and the independent professional development of teachers in the perspective of ensuring students' core literacy,it proposes a path for the professional development of rural teachers.
