| The most crucial stage of the compulsory education in Vietnam is primary school. With the reform of basic education curriculum in Vietnam,it appeared many innovations and breakthroughs in educational ideas and teaching methods. This reform has also brought severe challenges and opportunities for change to Vietnamese primary school teachers. On the one hand, this reform focuses on the comprehensiveness of curriculum content and the expansion of curriculum function. It puts forward higher requirements for the primary school teachers' teaching innovation ability and teaching research ability. On the other hand, primary school teachers need to improve their ability to reflect on teaching, update their teaching concepts, improve their teaching behavior, and improve their own quality,to cope with this challenge. The growth of teachers is a process of lifelong development. For the Vietnamese education system,it is particularly important to focus on the adjustment period of pre-vocational primary school teachers. As a member of the teachers 'team in the future, only by stimulating the willingness of the teachers to actively think about the content and means of teaching, can they shorten the vocational adjustment period of the teachers in the new primary schools, improve the overall level of primary school teachers, and lay the foundation for the cultivation of reflective teachers. Therefore, for the primary education system in Vietnam, improving teachers 'ability to reflect is an important means to adapt to the new curriculum reform in Vietnam.Although Vietnam has a small size, there are many ethnic minorities and teachers are lacking, especially primary school teachers.Primary education is the first level of education system, which determines the basis for children's continued learning and the level of sustainable development, and will help children form initial values and habits. Therefore,in recent years, the Vietnamese government gave strong political and finical support in the training of primary school teachers.China and Vietnam have close ties and deep historical roots. Both countries have implemented nine-year compulsory education. There are many similarities in educational concepts. As a Vietnamese student at Zhejiang Normal University,I hope to compare the teaching reflexive ability of pre-service teachers for primary school in the two countries through a series of investigations and studies, and cultivate their teaching reflection ability.Similarities and differences,in order to propose improved methods in line with Vietnam's actual educational environment, further enhance the reflective ability of Vietnamese pre-service primary school teachers, and contribute to the reform of primary education in Vietnam. This thesis is divided into seven parts : The first part explains the research background, research purpose and significance, research content and methods of this paper. The second part carries on the literature review of domestic and foreign research status. The third part defines related concepts, and expounds the theoretical basis related to this study. The fourth part compares the present situation of pre-vocational education in primary schools in Vietnam and China, and makes a detailed comparison of the training goals and curriculum of normal schools in the two countries, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of pre-vocational education in primary schools in the two countries. The fifth part carries out the investigation and analysis of the former teachers 'reflective ability of primary schools in Vietnam and China, and takes the senior middle school students of primary education major of Hanoi Normal University and Zhejiang Normal University of China as the investigation object, through questionnaires and interviews. To understand the differences in the reflective abilities of former primary school teachers between the two countries.According to the investigation results, the sixth part analyzes the main problems and reasons in the reflection ability of former teachers in primary school in Vietnam. The seventh part puts forward many countermeasures and suggestions from two angles: the self-demand of former teachers in primary school and the strengthening of cultivation in normal colleges and universities. |
