Excellent teachers of mathematics have made a little progress after becoming a teacher through continuous learning and exploration.They are like climbing a mountain.The excellent teachers are the teachers who have reached the top of the mountain.They continue to learn bit by bit,continue to forge ahead,and continue to accumulate experience.During the growth of these excellent teachers,there must be some places worth learning.Whether it is their teaching methods,educational philosophy,teaching management,some views on education,how to treat students,how to have a good teacher team,how to have a unique teacher charm,or their dedication to the job of teachers,etc.,It is worth learning by the younger generation of teachers.This article is mainly to study the growth of outstanding mathematics teachers in elementary and middle schools.The first is to review some domestic and foreign articles on excellent teachers of mathematics and sort out the theoretical research on excellent teachers,and then interview and track two middle school mathematics teachers and a primary school mathematics teacher.After interviewing,viewing related articles,listening Relevant courses,watch their personal microblogs and blogs to understand these teachers,and summarize their experiences in the education stage,early stage,mature competence period,and leading period of excellence before becoming teachers.Summarizing the teaching experience of these excellent teachers and the growth factors of outstanding mathematics teachers,mainly includes:professional knowledge,love for students and love for education,and never give up faith.Finally,make personal suggestions to the teachers who have not yet hired and those who have just joined.Including from the teacher's personal level,teachers should constantly learn new concepts of education and teaching,update their teaching knowledge,be good at self-learning,keep learning,and continue to improve their teaching ability through reading books and some teaching design activities.Pay attention to teaching and research activities,pay attention to the latest problems in education and teaching,and improve your teaching and research capabilities through continuous research and education.Organize school-based teaching and research activities at the school level,make a good record of teacher growth,and provide a platform for teachers to grow.From the aspect of policy management,it is recommended to constantly improve teachers 'evaluation system and teachers' access system,and build a modular teacher education and training system.The three teachers studied in this article are worthy of learning by some teachers who want to make progress in education and research.Their qualities are worth learning.
