The Growth Of Famous Teacher On Preschool

Preschool education is the foundation of schooling, while it is also the basic component as well as important part of education system. Preschool teachers are bridges by children who recognize the world. Therefore,the professional development of kindergarten teachers play an important role in the development of preschool education. In this thesis, by narrative research through the growth story of famous teacher on preschool. I analysis the growth story of preschool teachers’ from growth characteristics, growth factors, growth stage, growth path four dimensions. Finally, summarize the growth process of famous teachers on preschool.To provide some reference experience for ordinary kindergarten teachers.The full thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the research background, meaning,research at home and abroad, research ideas and research methods. The second part describes the story of famous teacher on preschool, including the basic introduction, growth story, characteristics of professional growth, teaching stories, the teacher in the eyes of others. The third part describes the analysis of teacher’s growth story, including the analysis of educational concept, influencing factors, growth stages and ways of development. The fourth part is the Enlightenment of the growth story of preschool teacher,based on the child-centered,establish a correct education concept; pay attention to self promotion, focus on external guidance;studies by many ways, pay attention to peer support;everyday have a gratitude mind,Maintain an optimistic attitude towards life.
