The improvement of the quality of education is related to the development of the country,the progress of society,and the future of the nation.With the vigorous development of undergraduate education in China,famous teachers have become more and more important educational resources in college teaching.The famous teachers are the outstanding representatives of college teachers and the leader of the teaching team.Studying the history of the teacher's professional growth can not only provide effective reference for the growth of ordinary teachers,but also explore the ideological concepts,educational concepts,value orientation,professional knowledge and teaching behind the growth of the individual case study skills,etc.Therefore,this study takes the case of Professor H,a provincial-level teaching teacher at Q University,as a starting point.By exploring its professional growth process,it analyzes the influencing factors and ways of achieving it as a famous teacher,and obtains inspiring growth from it.A summary of the experience of growth.The introduction part mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,the purpose of the research and the significance of studying the professional growth of the famous teacher from the three aspects of the teacher's action,the call of the society and the individual's interest in the professional growth of the teacher.And from the domestic and foreign fields,the professional standards,growth process,regularity and influencing factors of the growth of famous teachers are reviewed in an all-round way,research questions are raised,their research ideas and research methods are clarified,and the concept of teaching teachers and teachers' professional growth is discussed.The first part is a theoretical explanation of the provincial teaching teachers.It summarizes the characteristics of the famous teachers,the role of the famous teachers,the schools,and the students.From the teacher career theory,the demand level theory,the lifelong learning theory and the theoretical basis is explained in four aspects of construction theory.The second part analyzes the impact of the growth environment and working environment on the growth process of the provincial teaching teacher Professor H,as well as the confusion and solutions encountered in the entry stage,competency stage,proficiency stage and expert stage.The third part discusses the two aspects of internal factors and external factors in the influence of professional growth.Among the intrinsic factors,it mainly elaborates on personal quality,emotion,teaching art,knowledge and experience;external influence factors mainly include the requirements of education reform,the influence of school system and culture,and the expectations of society for education.Key events and the impact of important people.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the growth of Professor H,further explores the growth path of famous teachers.Starting from the inside,its noble morality,firm educational belief,diligent study,hard study,self-reflection and comprehension,and solid professional knowledge are inseparable;from the outside,mutual help and mutual assistance,the education administration should be appropriate decentralization,the development of a sound education system,giving university teachers more autonomy.The fifth part summarizes the main points of the paper and implications.Mainly from rejecting mediocrity,to create their own educational characteristics;Peer support and scientific research sharing;In-depth practice,deep reflection on the three aspects of elaboration.
